Magwell addition without base pag extensions

I know this has been touched on before, but still haven't found an answer.

Looking to add a magwell to my LTT 92 elite, but was wondering if any will work with the stock mechgar 18rd AFC magazine without having to add a priority base pad extension, or if anyone has tried

Clomid and chronic headaches

Just got off Clomid about 45 days ago, about 2 weeks ago I started developing chronic migraine like headaches that would make me feel sick to my stomach (Clomid takes about 25-35 days to clear out of your system). I believe they are tension headaches because I catch myself gritting my teeth and my jaw hurts all the time. I've been taking OTC NSAIDs but they only work about 20% of the time, if that.

For reference, I've been on Clomid for the past 2 years, my starting levels of testosterone were 76, and being on Clomid took the levels to ~600. I stopped taking Clomid to transition to taking TRT, and doing so I needed to see if my levels would crash again after being off Clomid, which they did (~250s after being off it for 25 days) which is around the time I developed these headaches.

I just started TRT this weekend and have felt minor relief, but I attribute it more too placibo, I know it will take a few weeks to level back out, but I'm seriously struggling here.

Any information or recommendations would be appreciated

Zepbound and Gym Gains

Hi, I just wanted to share my last 6 months of weight loss and muscle growth in what I call - A Super Body Recomp. All while on Zepbound .

I started weight loss in December of last year via Zepbound, starting at a weight of 350. I'm a 6ft male, just gotten out of the military, with a handful of medical issues (low testosterone, sleep apnea, chronic pain, degenerative disc disease, pre diabetic, heart issues, ect...). After finding out that we were pregnant with our second child, I decided to make a change for myself and my family.

Since December I have lost 75lbs, while also hitting progressive overload in the gym. I maintain a calorie deficit of around ~1500 calories, while also training in the gym for 5-6 days a week. I've increased my bench press from 90lbs x 4 reps to 185lbs x 8 reps, and consistently hit PRs on almost every lift. I've never been so dedicated to get in shape/jacked, while also aiming for a total weight of ~240.

My main struggle has been not eating enough calories/protein to be training as hard as I do. I've solved this by decreasing my workouts from 20 exercises (~2.5 hrs) a day to 6-8 exercises (~1hr) a day. This helped me maintain energy throughout the workout and not crash as hard afterwords. I've also been maintaining a protein intake of 150-190g a day. All of this while having next to zero appetite while on 15mg of Zepbound weekly.

A lot of people have informed me that what I'm doing is not sustainable, however the fact that I loose on average 2-3 lbs a week, while not only maintaining muscle but with increased muscle growth, all while feeling great while doing it, tells me a different story. Whatever I seem to be doing is working well for me and my body.

I focus what little appetite I have into supplements, protein intake, and vitamins. I have an extensive vitamin regimen that I follow to cover deficiencies I have and would like to improve (since I don't each enough to get them naturally), I take workout supplements to give me every edge I can get, and I focus on high protein when I do eat solid food.

I'm slowly getting to a point where I'm going to start tampering with enhancement supplements, like TRT or Peptides, which I don't want to get into details on this post.

If you have any questions for me (vitamin stacks, protein hacks, workout routine), I'm an open book, and would love to share any information I have that has helped me on my journey so far.

Focusing on increasing my bench press, setting up a home gym this week, any input would be good!

Edit: I can't do free squats or deadlifts due to herniated disks in my lower back, I tend to stick to machines for legs and bending to isolate my back from those lifts
