[Acne] Bad skin texture

[Acne] Bad skin texture

My skin texture is so uneven. I have been seeing a dermatologist for a little less than a year. Per my dermatologist, I wash my face twice a day with CLN cleanser, apply retinol & clindamycin at night, & I moisturize my face with Vannicream moisturizer as well as Epicerum to help improve my skin barrier. I also take 100mg of Spironolactone everyday. While my big breakouts have improved, my overall skin texture has remained horrible. I have these deep oily bumps imbedded into my face at all times. I am trying to cut out as much sugar as I can from my diet (I am bad about drinking soda), actively trying to stop touching my face as much, and I wash my bedding frequently. I feel so hopeless with my skins overall appearance. I think the water in my city is hard because I never struggled with my skin until I moved 7 years ago. Any advice is much appreciated because it feels like I have the most stubborn skin on the planet

Why is The Club Inc. always hiring??

I’ve been looking on indeed for bartending positions for a while now and have noticed The Club is always hiring. I have considered applying there but this is a red flag for me. It seems as if they cannot keep employees. Anyone have any insider information as to why this is?
