As the title says, no one irl knows I regress and I don’t have any friends so I get super lonely when I regress. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for finding others to hang out with when small. Not like, irl but people that I could talk to/message.

Hi, ive been regressing for a few years now but only recently got my first paci. I really want to have it when I go to bed but I don’t know if that like, safe or ok or something. I just want to know if it’s ok/safe to use it overnight.
