Is this something we should look into?
“I have some amazing news! New interest rates were just released today from the OHFA As a first-time homebuyer you’re eligible to get a no-assistance interest rate as low as 3.750%. These rates will not last long so please call me as soon as you can and I’ll walk you through the process!”
We just got this information from a lender we are working with. I’m just a bit confused because we don’t even have a house we are currently interested in. How would this even work?
