Anyone here have raw Osmo Action livestream footage?

Does anyone here have raw livestream footage from an Osmo Action 4, Action 5 Pro, or Action 6?

I'm specifically looking for actual livestream output, not recorded footage.

Daytime and nighttime examples would both be helpful, but I'm especially interested in night streams in city environments with street lights and changing lighting conditions.

The reason I'm asking is that I recently ended my GoPro Hero 13 livestream setup project because I wasn't satisfied with the image quality, especially in low-light conditions.

I spent a lot of time troubleshooting what I thought were streaming-related issues. I tested different livestream workflows, HDMI output, capture cards, OBS, RTMP setups, and various settings. Eventually, I realized that even before the video was sent to a streaming platform, I still wasn't happy with the image quality itself.

Because of that, I'm now looking at DJI Action cameras as a possible alternative.

I've already watched plenty of recorded footage comparisons, but what I really want to see is what the camera looks like when it's actually livestreaming.

If anyone has VODs, test streams, Twitch/Kick recordings, YouTube livestream archives, or even short sample clips from the livestream mode itself, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

I spent 2 months optimizing my IRL stream setup and was focusing on the wrong problem.

After 2 months of trying to build a motorcycle IRL streaming setup, I think I've finally learned what the actual bottleneck was.

My goal was simple:

* GoPro on helmet

* Motorcycle IRL streams

* Kick streaming

* Good image quality, especially at night

What I tried:

* GoPro native livestream mode

* Moblin on iPhone

* RTMP setups

* BELABOX Cloud research

* Multi-network bonding plans

* Additional phones

* SIM router

* HDMI capture workflow

* Android + iPhone hybrid setup

* ND filters (ND8, ND16, ND32)

* Countless GoPro settings combinations

I spent weeks assuming the problem was somewhere in the streaming pipeline.

I blamed:

* RTMP

* Moblin

* Kick compression

* Bitrate

* Network stability

* GoPro livestream mode

Eventually I bought and tested:

* Capture card

* HDMI cables

* Android phone

* USB-C hub

* ND filter set

I managed to get clean HDMI output from the GoPro into Android and then into Moblin.

Technically, I solved the streaming side.

The surprising part was that I still wasn't happy with the image quality.

At first I thought the image degradation was happening during the livestream process. However, after switching to HDMI output, I opened the feed directly in OBS before it was ever sent to a streaming platform.

Even there, before any livestream encoding, platform compression, or network transmission, the image already looked much softer and blurrier than I expected.

That was the moment I realized the issue wasn't necessarily in the streaming pipeline.

Even after bypassing the GoPro livestream mode and using HDMI output directly, the image still didn't look the way I expected, especially at night.

At that point I realized I had spent a lot of time optimizing the delivery chain while the thing I actually disliked was the image itself.

My biggest lesson was:

Solving streaming problems and solving image quality problems are not the same thing.

I kept looking for solutions in bitrate, networking, streaming apps, capture devices, and bonding, but in the end the image quality itself became the limiting factor for me.

For people doing motorcycle IRL streams:

Be careful not to spend weeks optimizing the transmission chain before you're completely satisfied with the camera image itself.

Has anyone else gone through something similar?

I was so stupid to think you could live stream with a GoPro 13
