Worldcup stream on-Demand

I did decide to by the £45 pass for the World Cup, now I wanted watch some games that I could not see live on demand, but I can’t find any of the games of the World Cup.

Am I just stupid or is it not available.

To much safety?

I know that may sound a bit stupid but do you think there are to many rules for the sake of safety?

I’m not a player only spectator, but I play ice and roller hockey, and while I get that safety is important aome “safety” rules seem just absurd and I feel like they took it a step to far and made the sport less interesting by doing so.

Don’t get me wrong I still like to watch it, I just feel like it could be better, but would like to get input from player and how people who actually play the sport think about it.

Edit: as people focus strongly on the hockey part, I throw shinty, rugby and similar sports into the room.

Best Fathersday

Was working dayshift (0730-1930) came home to a nice Dinner, and gone out with the wee one for a paddle out of our Bay.

It was extremely quite and Calm and the tide pushed is nice and Slow in the Right direction do that we could just Sit and have a nice conversation, best fathers day ever.

Statement on the Proposed Episcopal Consecration of Father Michael Mary

Today news has reached the Diocese of Aberdeen that the Superior General of the Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer,
V. Rev. Fr Michael Mary, F.Ss.R., intends to be consecrated as a bishop on 25th July on the island of Papa Stronsay in Orkney. This ordination would be celebrated without a papal mandate, by a group of bishops who deny that Our Holy Father Pope Leo XIV is actually the pope.
Since this consecration is due to take place within the geographical boundaries of the Diocese of Aberdeen, I am obliged to make clear to the faithful of the Diocese that any such episcopal ordination would be unlawful and a grave act of disobedience, separating those taking part from communion with the Catholic Church. No member of the faithful should attend. This action is not "for the good of the Catholic Church" as is falsely claimed.
This development is greatly to be regretted, and we can only pray that those concerned have a change of heart.

One of my bows (luckily the cheapest one) broke at the tip while playing some Kreutzer etudes.

For the cheap price it was it did survive long enough, it’s a couple years old by now.

P.S.: ignore the colouring on the door, I have small children.

I feel a lot better about our Loss

I mean I was always okay with losing first round, the only thing I cared for was making it to the Playoffs and winning one home game, but after that 4-0 sweep against the Avs I feel a lot better.

Thoughts on tech cannulation?

What are you thought in cannulation by technician? I am so far critical towards is as a cannula is useless without the drugs to give, and there is see a bit the issue of technician skill increasing far higher than the training should allow.

As the title says, I’m A beginner and just pulled the trigger on a iSUP, the plan is to go fishing with my daughter but before I put my wee one on it with me (or try to fish from the board) I was looking for some beginner friendly place along the west of Scotland where I can get first experience.

Would appreciate any known places that are easy to lunch from and that are a kind of save to learn.

Also bonus question, what wetsuit thickness do you suggest for the Scottish weather?

I finally made it into master. I got smooth till Ultra 1 than got stuck there for the what feels like 10 days (did not count the days). But I finally made it.

I played initially Glimmora but found I can’t make it with her, but I want to play teams with Mons I like not meta ones so I swapped over to my Ninja Frog a couple of days ago and finally I made it into Master.

Anyway just want to share this as it’s my first ever VGC and I found a new love for it. Have a notebook full of matchup notes etc.

Now I play the next couple of days the competition.
