G’day lads — I’m having an issue with my gx200 clone cyclically revving high and low while idling. I recent had it apart to replace the billet rod, gov removal, and add 18lbs springs.

Things to note;
- bike is a Drift Hero 212cc Utility (Tao Tao 196cc)
- full upgrades - carb, exhaust, fly wheel, billet rod, gov removal, 18lbs springs, new spark plug
- after installing springs, I lashed the valves to .003 intake and .005 exhaust
- adjusting the fuel mixture screw did nothing but choke it out when it was too tight

What would cause this cyclical revving?
