AITAH for making new plans when my friends didn't respond?

  • Friday afternoon
  • Two old friends I haven't seen/heard in ages write on a groupchat we should meet the following Tuesday
  • One friend suggests to either meet at her place or go to a bar (if we know a good one)
  • I suggest a nice bar and leave a link in the chat
  • Nobody answers
  • Days pass
  • Today be Tuesday
  • At 16:00 I make plans for the evening, not bothering to ask why they didn't reply
  • At 17:40, the would be host asks what hour are we coming at
  • I explain I already made plans since nobody answered my last message
  • She gets upset because she made preparations

AITA?

5 Feedback points, after finishing the campaign

Hi, all!

First and foremost - great effort by the devs! What a lovely game this is! There are countless good things to be said and only a handful of places where I would like to see some improvements.

I am curious if I am the only one who thinks this way, feel free to cast your vote pro or against these statements:

1. It currently feels like too large of a gap between normal and hard mode in the campaign.
On normal I stomp the AI, while on hard it attacks me with such a ridiculous number of units, it eventually nukes me.

2. There are some "readability" issues with the map design.
I sometimes miss artefacts or resources because I can barely see a few pixels of them, hidden behind a monster. One time it was a helmet in "Saving the knight". Another time it was a knuckle artefact in "Garner hills" which you couldn't get to as it was blocked by a pile of gold, hidden behind some trees.

3. I feel like we still don't have enough tooltips.
I wish I were able to see somewhere what a creature's stats actually do versus my creature's stats. AKA to figure out, if enemies with 30 attack and 30 damage hit my stack that has 15 defense - how much are they gonna do against it etc?

4. Would be nice to have quick combat available for creature dwellings.
It gets tedious to enter a battlescreen just so my dragons can breathe twice on some poor liches.

5. I think there should be less randomness on hero skills when leveling.
I could not get a single hero of the four to have a perfect build in the campaign. There were moments while leveling when the skills offered were just bogus and did not fit any of the profiles. IMHO, when leveling and 3 skills being offered, one should belong to each build and one should be of the other random ones. That way you can't get screwed by bad luck.

That's it! I'm eagerly waiting for the next campaign chapters 😃

I have recently gotten into the pleasure of going into a mission with minimum gear (AK, 1 mag, bandages, TQ). As cheap as possible! Then scavenge my way up the ladder, looting bots and using their gear, challenging myself to do the mission this way. Low profile and scavenging, just like the internet's favorite pest lol.

Do others enjoy doing this as well? What do you take with you?
