Narmada Apartments lottery was announced by LDA almost 6-7 months ago and the results were out almost 3 months ago, but still no allotment letter or updates, and they have launched phase-2? There have no been no updates regarding this from LDA or any other government body and the lottery winners are still waiting for their allotment letters. The project site also shows no sign of progress other than the area being cleared almost 4months ago, since then nothing. If anyone knows what's going on or anyone is from LDA pls inform me on this as I have been desperately waiting for my allotment letter since 3-4months. Also can anyone inform me what's different in the phase 2 of this project?

This is the floorplan for a 3bhk+servant+store in Lucknow, [Dimensions are in mm] the super area is 2600sqft and the carpet area is 1860sqft, is this justified as a Luxury layout? Also, is a 5'9 wide balcony wide enough? Pls guide me 🙏🏻
