I'm used to hard carrying games just by getting a huge lead in lane by killing enemy over and over. But as I get to higher ranks, people play more safe and it just becomes a farm fest, How do I get a lead in these situations? Do i just shove hard, proxy and try to gank mid/jungle?
It feels like sometimes junglers don't even take into account what champions they are pathing into. For example if they are playing graves and they path into our Soraka and Miss fortune lane when enemy has a Janna Zeri. There is almost no gank set up, but they will still path there. Meanwhile im playing Malphite holding my R for 10 min straight to come gank the flashless Yone.
Your job is not to sort applicants through "vibes" or "tone of voice" or "motivation of why they need a job"
Your job is to simply make sure the resume matches the job description and schedule the interview with the hiring manager!

I spent 2 hours prepping a recorded interview about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything at all from the recruiter, despite following up multiple times. No update, no timeline, no expectations, just pure silence.
When did people forget to have common decency?
First email says thank you for applying blah blah blah,
second email says, while we like your qualifications, we've gone with someone else.
There's no way a real person saw a rejected my application that fast right?
