i have huge health issues and suspect having me/cfs, its been 3 years now and my vision on my left eye has been getting worse.

I had migraines with aura about 3-4 times before.
Now the vision on my left eye is like the vision when i get aura. Grit like vision with floaters, but only occaisionally i get a pain behind that eye.

I visited an eye specialist who told me there is nothing wrong with my eye.

Im using some suplements like copper, magnesium, low dose b vitamins, vitamin d, l carnitin could these be the cause?

I used bioastin astaxhanthin 12mg wich made it better but i currently ran out of it.

Wich doctor could help me, im lost??

Hello, im currently visiting a neurologist wich is saying that my case doesnt look like classic mecfs.
I crash after exercise about 2-3 days delayed, i get heavy legs, calfs and quads wich are hurting a little ( lets say its just very uncomfortable, cant describe it better).

I have floaters and a grit like vision on my left eye, went to a eye specialist wich told me there is nothing wrong wirh my eyes.

I get Neck and lower back pains.

I have breathing issues wich would be similar to the ms hug.

I already had a MRT last year wich showed no lesions and no abnormalities, we will do a new one in 2 weeks.

Im able to work half time even tho i feel bad most of times.

My sleep is ok, but sometimes i feel worse in the morning then before i went to bed.

My muscle aches got worse after using nattokinase 2.000 fus and zeolite makes me also worse.

Especially my calfs feel like they are a bit swollen but they are very tender to touch, im slowly freaking out.Also they start to tingle at times, especially when im laying in bed.

So all i want to know is? What could this be?

How do your legs feel?

Could this be Ms even if i have this weird unconfortable feeling in both sides?

Im still mild if it would be mecfs, i really dont want to get worse.

All this began after a Ebv infection 3 years ago :(

Hi, im not oficially diagnosed, but the symptoms are pretty clear, and i pretty much tested and ruled out every other disease. So here my question: why am i feeling better at work? Its not like at work im cured, but for example at home i also sleep worse than in hotels or at my girlfriends home.

Could there be invisible mold in our House?
We even had our ventilation system cleaned and checked for mold.
Its fairly new and we never had any visible problems.
Could it be wifi? But there is also wifi at work!
Could it be chemicals or laundry detergent that my mother uses?
What could be the thing i react to ???
Did anyone have similar experiences?

like the Title says, my Girl ist cheating on me long distance. She keeps messaging with random guys she meets or from work and even went on some dates. I know it cause i read her chats. We have a long distance relationsship where we allowed each other to flirt to people and kiss when going out.

But we set some rules:
- no sexual flirting with each others friends
- no sex
- we have to tell eachother about dates or similar

Now i found out she is texting with 2-3 random guys. One of them she met at work and maybe even slept with him, couldnt understand it from the chats alone.

She is flirting heavily on chat, and is even texting things like : „ what boyfriend are you talking about ;), i do whatever i want“.

Last time we met was a Week ago and i wasnt sure if or how to aproach her, as i want her to tell me the truth because i think i deserve it after 2 years of beeing in a relationsship. In the end i didnt because i needed advice from a few good friends.

Im at the point where i want to end the relationship, even though i still love her endlessly, but i know i will destroy myself in the long term. About half a year ago we had a problem that was similar, on wich she never aplogised or wasnt really open to talk about it, in the end she blamed me for looking trough her phone.

Now the problem, i want to talk to her in person, but our next meeting will be in more or less 3-5 weeks.
How do i behave until then, she has no idea and isnt that obvious with her „cheating“. I dont want to do it over the phone as she probably wouldnt give me a lot of answers calling. In person she will feel worse and almost has to talk to me to break up in a good way, we have a similar friend group, so breaking up in the bad would be worse for her.

Lets say i meet her in about 3-4 weeks and i tell her i want to end it, how do i go about it to get her to react as good as possible and tell me the truth?
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Did anyone continue their relationsship after something like this and didnt regret it?
