No one will truly understand the pain of realizing your snap wasn’t on the entire time

I have said “I forgot to put snap on” countless times and I kick myself every time while I proceed to delete the line and start it over.

Edit: I should have clarified- as my job I use preexisting CAD files as construction lines and draw over them to create the new design. I will sometimes use the points to snap on the new lines. Sometimes though because a new line is close to an existing point I will turn snap off to not connect them.

Thus having to toggle snap on and off whenever I need it and creating scenarios where I forget to turn it back on and having to go back to snap the line.

I got a job!

After years of working in my families company and months of not getting a paycheck because work as low I finally have a real job! Today is the end of my first week and I like it.

Get an office to myself, play my music, nice coworkers and boss. I know it’s just my first week but I do really like it so far.

My only complaint is because I work 8 hours at a desk staring at a screen my eyes get tired, my right wrist and fingers get stiff, and my butt hurts.

I already was somewhat used to it but I know I have to get up and stretch, walk about a bit, and am thinking of buying a stretch ball to exercise my hand.

Not too terrible but something to practice to prevent stiffness from my line of work. But other than that I am happy!

I like salad, with soft boiled eggs and ranch

Salad with hard boiled eggs are common, and I know that’s not weird. But I like my eggs with the yolk runny so I thought- how would it taste if I put that on a salad.

So I bought a salad, boiled eggs for maybe 3-4 minutes, murdered them while trying to peel the shell off, plopped those jiggly eggs on a bowl of salad and tried it.

It tasted good, and then I added ranch and a tiny bit of salt.

How do I remove pdfs if they are still not done “processing”?

Last year I tried to compress a really large file, and it STILL to this day has not finished. I swear every time I open Adobe on my phone I hate looking at it. This has happened with over files that are smaller and now I want to get rid of them.

It doesn’t let me delete it since it’s still in the process of compressing/combining but its been a year now? How is it still not done?

Car Maintenance For New Adult: Nissan, 2014, 220953

Ok so, I am 21 f and have no clue how to keep up with maintenance for a car. I thought I did since I took a class in high school, learned how to change a tire, refill oil, refill water. Basic stuff.

But ever since I got my first car it has been one problem after another. To be fair it was 2006 with 202702 miles but still. I swear I kept it clean and took care of it but I sucked at maintenance. It broke down Thursday. I went to do alignment today with my mom’s car and guess what? The tires have toe in and I have to pay $420 for new ones!/s. (I couldn’t feel the difference, my new driver brother was the one that felt it. I often don’t feel anything different when driving).

Now I have another car, and I want to do better.

I already learned alignment should be done every other month, oil change is based off a sticker with the date or miles, brakes when you hear a squeaking sound, windshield wipers when you hear a squeak sound, when the steering wheel starts being harder to turn it’s the wheel fluid, when the tires start looking flat time to put air, and when you (or someone, like in my case) notices the tires have thinner threads it’s time to change the tires.

Is there something else I am missing?
