From what i heard I was expecting to see Danny stand still and everyone aroujd hik act like they got their ass kicked. But the fight choreography with him isn't that bad, weak but not abysmal.

The story and pacing is off but not too bad.

What i really hate is Joy and Ward. Ward is a money hungry asshole who is constantly acting like a toddler throwing a tantrum about Danny and Joy refuses to acknowledge that Ward is just an evil peice of shit and keeps acting like hes just her grumpy older brother when we are shown that Ward has always been an abusive vile asshole who had a chip on his shoulder about Danny.

I just read a post about how theres so many versions of Crime Alley that is comical on how it creates different versions of Batman but I have never heard of a version of Batman where his parents didn't die and he still became Batman so I was wondering of it exists.

Now almost every show with a black hero has one of the enemies be a raging white racist, and im fine with that. Makes it easy to hate the person but what Luke Cage did was they made one of the main antagonists a raging black racist trying to force out everyone not black.

Now Im not interested in making this a social political post im just saying it was different than the normal formula and that made it interesting.

I blame Stick for that as Stick really did nothing to prepare Matt for anything.

But Matt was really just used to regular criminals and then suddenly undead ninjas trying to summon the devil (basically) start appearing and he has no idea how to even begin actually fighting that.

Now one of the things that a lot of live action Superhero shows mess up on is that they add way too much unnecessary drama (see Arrow for example). However Daredevil and the other Netflix shows made all their drama be about the story (more or less). In S1 everyone is trying to do the right thing and is doing so in ways that arent too dubious.

However the only time I feel any of the main characters was in the wrong was when Karen hears that Ben who she knows has been through shit and is at the end of his ability to handle shit is leaving the case to her cause he trust her and his wife is in need of full time care. She decides to trick him into interrogating Fisk's mother cause she at this pont cares more about getting Fisk taken down than she does anything else almost.

Now I love Daredevil and it's a great show. I am not saying theres anything wrong with the story im just pointing out that the only time one of the Main character does a bad it isn't for manufactured drama but cause its actually part of the story where as other live action superhero shows will add endless amounts of unnecessary drama turning it into a soap opera instead of a superhero show.

Me I'd want it to be made by the team that made the Arkham Games but with help from the people who made Marvel's Spider-Man. I imagine a rythm combat style like Arkham but with DD traveling around Hell's Kitchen on Rooftops and with us upgrading his skills and radar sense with level ups.

They could even have Fisk fresh out of prison trying to reestablish his criminal empire in Hell's Kitchen if they want it to be part of the Insomniac verse.

I love the story of Phin and Miles and how he basically chooses to learn the hard way why Secret identities exist and who to trust and how but I was still just shaking my head everytime he tried to trust Phin.

Phin didn't care about justice, she wanted revenge and she didn't care who was hurt in the process.

Yes Phin had a good heart but she was at the point where all she wanted was for the pain to go away and the only way she thought that would happen was if she hurt Simon. So no matter what Miles tried she was going to need to he taken down first.

In my opinion what Miles should have done is never tell her that he was Spider-Man and then he should have taken her down and tried to help her as Miles and then if she showed she learned from the experience then maybe tell her that he was Spider-Man.

And by that I mean the ones where you catch up to the person or vehicle your chasing immediately and you cant do anything cause the game doesn't want you to catch them yet so you end up passing them and then losing them or just trying to not pass them.

The first time i could understand cause she set up a trap. It would have been better if they didn't show Spidey seeing the trap but the next time after she pulls guns on him should have just been her being humbled.

Now in these universes their stories would essentially play out exactly the same despite the different settings.

1. She helped created Death Watch which is how Maul gained power and took over Mandalore. Thats no to mention how she kept trying to kill her sister cause she wanted her favorite boy toy to be ruler.

2. When Maul won the fight fair and square according to Mandalorian customs the first thing she did was start another civil war cause she's a hypocrite about wanting Mandalore's old traditions back, what she wanted was for herself to be in charge.

3. She then has the Repulic invade and take over Mandalore so she can be in charge and it almost instantly turns into the empire and she starts another civil war.

4. She wins back Mandalore and gets it glassed.

5. She considers entire populations of her culture to be zealots and not true Mandalorians. These people are direct descendants of the cult she helped create.

6. The moment she hits a bump of not getting the magic sword she broods in her castle and gives up on all of Mandalore.

Well after going down the rabbit hole of it for a while my Playlist puts on Porn Star Dancing and all I could see was Jarlaxle dancing to it as sexily as he could and doing so specifically to mess with Entreri and keeping eye contact the entrie time.

I love the games but i wanted to role play being a hunter and the world of MH and even add nonsense to the world with my friends.
