“I love you” too soon?
I’m a huge lover girl.. I just ended a relationship last year in February/March. Met another guy in June, which went left by August. Strange enough, he told me “I love you” first and my response was that I don’t believe him, but I love him too. (How I could be sure I love someone but not sure they love me idk)
Anyway, present day I’ve met another guy. We met on Valentine’s Day.. it’s only been about 3 months and I have deep feelings for him. He’s a drummer, musically inclined like me, he’s sweet and very kind. Very different from everyone from my past. He’s 33, I’m 26f. He’s in Virgo I’m in Scorpio/Sag cusp. We’re already exchanging “I love you’s”… but this time I said it first. Which I’ve never done before..
I guess my question, which is kind of turning rhetorical is: Is it ever too soon to say I love you? I mean that’s what we’re here for.. to love, feel and be. With ideologies like “love bombing” it’s hard to not second guess what I’m feeling..
