About Steam Oktoberfest 2026

It says the registration deadline is Aug 31st. Is it possible for me to make it in time and register if I haven't submitted my store page yet? I also haven't finished the trialer, so it will take me still a week or two to prepare some basic screenshots, description and a trailer and submit for approval, and then hopefully I can publish the Coming Soon page after that without much hold up.

Mod Suggestion regarding AI behavior during sieges and pathfinding

During sieges (attack), whenever I'm up against Vlandia it becomes completely apparent to me that the AI pathfinding is literal cabbage.

Whether I use auto deploy or deploy manually my own sorting out 10+ vassals, 20 of my own companions, plus family, which takes just long enough to get frustrated with the lack of enthusiasm from the developers, the results are just the same. After both gates are smashed open, my men somehow sees taking ladders up a tier 3 high wall is the safer option to go about? Because they absolutely refuse to go through the gates unless I, the high king who's way over in his 70's btw, go through the shit myself, pushing through a wall of angry men?

I just don't see any other way except getting in there myself, then ordering these dumbnuts to follow me and get inside the walls through the gates. But even then it seems pretty dumb, because when I finally order the men (200 strong) to run down the enemies and attack now that we are in and ready to impregnate the b****, some idiots actually go out the gates they just came in, circle around, queue up down the ladders, and f***ing die there to a bolt to the face! And I didn't even deploy my siege towers!

Once the gates are smashed open, infantry should take the damn gates instead of clumping up by the hundreds down a 20 ft ladder death trap.

I think this is something that the developers never got around to fixing, but it's something we don't recognize right away most of the time because,. But when going up against Vlandia and their darn crossbowmen who reload, aim, and shoot all in a seconds, faster than most bowmen, it becomes a real issue to me.

Are there any mods that have tried to solve these issues?

Also, is there a mod that introduced easier siege deployments where each heroes take their places automatically or something like that?

Warband Perisno Question about making peace or signing non aggression

I'm trying out Warband for the first time and playing Perisno mod for it's story driven narrative. I chose to support one of the rebel faction leader and assigned to field marshal. My faction leader is now in my party. Our faction is at war with couple of nations. I cannot find any option to persuade or end wars with other nations. My faction leader dialogue options are only show me your skills or show me your equipment. I don't think I can enjoy the game any longer if I couldn't find a way to stop these unreasonable war declarations.

UV or Texture Basics. How to prevent the texture from stretching?

Blender 5.0

I applied simple checker patter to a plane mesh.

The first image shows Edit Mode, while the second shows it after I exit to Object Mode. As you can see, the checker pattern is applied without stretching in Edit Mode, and I would like to keep it like this. However, as soon as I exit to Object Mode, the texture becomes stretched.

How can I do to prevent this?

EDIT: Nvm, figured it out.

Yupik Villagers of Alaska: Looking exactly like Mongols

I was watching Outdoor Boys on YouTube and, well, look at these. The people from Yupik village who are probably native to Alaska look just like Mongols!

Noob Question: Node Handles coordinates

I remember I could select node handles individually and set precise x, y coordinates. But today I can't seem to find it or how to enable.
