neuroscience

Hi! I was wondering about the employability rate and type of jobs I could get with a neuroscience degree particularly in London. Would it be difficult to find a job and could I work in a hospital? Would anyone who did it or graduated from it recommend it?

university interview

If anybody has studied or is studying dietetics at London Met what kind of questions do they ask in the interview? I’m thinking of applying for clearing but want to start preparing for any mini interview from now.

kcl pharmacy

Hi all. I can’t sleep bc all i’m thinking about is that i missed my offer. I think I got about BBB, maybe MAYBE ABB, but my offer is AAC. i have to get an A in chem but i think i got a B. Does anyone know someone who got into kcl pharmacy with BBB/ABB or anything lower than their offer. :((

clearing + nutritional science

Hi guys! I was wondering how I could apply for clearing without calling since i’m abroad. Today the clearing courses have been shown and I’m interested in quite a few courses but I don’t want to withdraw from my firm/insurance yet so I have to wait until results day. Can I apply through websites/UCAS on results day or would I be put at a disadvantage? Also could I possibly be rejected from clearing? Say I get the grades for the course but it’s a competitive uni eg KCL could I still get rejected?
Also I was wondering if anyone does the nutritional science course, what job opportunities would you be able to get. I was thinking of doing that and then a masters in dietetics to be a dietitian but what job opportunities would I be able to get just from the bachelors degree in nutritional science and no further qualification? Would I still be able to work in the healthcare sector?

how are the lowest grades in ucas lower than the offer

this is for pharmacy at kcl. the normal offer is AAA but the contextual (which is what i have) is AAC. how could ppl get in with BBB? btw they specify A in chem and A in either maths or bio (or physics but i don’t do that). if i don’t get an A in chem but still get AAC or even AAA (i do 4 subjects) could i still get in?

sudden test

Hi all!! So I unfortunately failed my test on the 17th of April bc I misjudged how fast a blocker on a roundabout was going but other than that the examiner said my driving was great. I have A levels rn but I have a holiday in a week and immediately after that I’m going abroad. Initially, the only booking I could find was in October but yesterday I found a bunch of tests for May. I managed to book for the 26th of May for the exact same time as my initial test but I’m really worried as I haven’t driven since my last test so a month ago. I’m gonna get insured on my dad’s car so that I can drive to school in the mornings next week and I have a lesson the day before my exam. Does anyone have any tips for me or anything and has anyone here been through a similar situation? I can’t book more lessons as I have exams rn so need to focus on school more than driving but any advice would be appreciated :)

Hi! I have a test on the 8th of October but would like to swap for any time within these two weeks. My A levels start on the 15th of May so any time before that or even from the 21st-31st of May bc I don’t have exams that week but afterwards I’m going abroad but I want to do it soon so that I don’t spend as much money on lessons to refresh my brain as I know how to drive now and want to do the test before I forget routes etc. My current test is in Mill Hill, but I would prefer Hendon, though I don’t mind Mill Hill, Wood Green, and that area etc
I will love whoever swaps with me forever 😭
