How are you guys dealing with hairloss?!!

I have been suffering hair fall like crazy and nothing seems to work especially after I have got my b12 and everything checked and even got shots for it. I am seriously tired and really scared as I am just 21 and I cry everyday due to it. Can you let me know what worked the best for you guys?!
