is it possible for meds to stop working in less than two months?

m20 taking daily cialis it’s been 3 days and got some nighttime erections, got multiple the first 2 days but only one last night. was taking hims mints which had 60mg viagra and 8 mg cialis in them for about a month and a half and then one day they weren’t as effective at all. i’m super worried i have a physical thing going on that’s making my ed worse but idk if it could progress that fast and just make the meds stop working in one day? also i know there’s gonna be comments about porn and weight i know about all that i just want answers to this question specifically. is it physical or psychological? also been having pain in my tailbone but the problem started before that, and yesterday i was able to get fully hard with just my imagination no hands, but this morning it took a lot of imagination and my hands. my gf is coming over tomorrow and im super worried my thing is gonna get going down there, also been thinking abt telling her about it but i dont think she’s gonna react well considering we’re so young and this isn’t normal for our age

does morning wood with cialis rule out venous leak?

(post got deleted idk why) m20 started using daily cialis a couple days ago and got morning wood the first day, its just i notice when i stand up it starts going down in like 10-15 seconds idk if its cus of anxiety or what. this morning i could get a full erection without porn or my hands tho just with my imagination. also there was a thing with my gf a couple days ago where i was giving her head but when i went to put the condom on i noticed my penis started going down pretty fast and was pretty soft but i was still able to penetrate somehow, and i got harder inside idk if it was fully hard or not tho i think it was. also just wanna say im not overweight cus somebody said something about that before my post got deleted

are these gaps thinning or just cowlicks?

i wanna add that my hair has always been fine and the gaps have always somewhat been there but i can’t ever really tell if they’re getting worse or not, and i also made the first picture worse by making the gap wider on purpose
