We’re searching for a third co-founder.
We’re mainly open to 3 profiles:

1. Technical / Fintech Profile
Someone with strong technical or product understanding in:
Payments infrastructure
Fintech systems
Stablecoins/blockchain
Wallets, APIs, compliance, or financial products
Big plus if you:
Worked at a fintech/payment company
Have startup building experience
Have blockchain/Web3 knowledge
Know how scalable products are built

2. Investor / Network Profile
Someone strong in:
Fundraising
Partnerships
Business development
Investor relations
Big plus if you:
Have a strong network in tech/fintech/VC
Are connected to Silicon Valley or global startup ecosystems
Have startup scaling experience
Have worked with accelerators, VCs, or high-growth startups

3. Hybrid Operator (Tech + Network)
A rare profile, but ideal:
Technical understanding + strong network
Can speak both with developers and investors
Helps with execution, strategy, partnerships, and credibility
We are not looking for passive advisors or “idea guys.”
We want someone ambitious, hands-on, and interested in building long term.
Very early stage → equity-based only.

We’re building an early-stage fintech/Web3 startup focused on making stablecoin payments simpler, more practical, and more accessible for everyday users and merchants.

The goal is to create a payment experience that feels familiar to non-crypto users, while using stablecoin rails to improve speed, cost transparency, and settlement flexibility for businesses.

We are currently two co-founders:

I focus on product vision, positioning, fundraising strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market.

My co-founder is more technical and is helping with the product/prototype side.

We already have a working prototype, but we are still very early. We are not funded yet, so I want to be fully transparent: this is not a salaried role right now. We are looking for someone who would join as a real co-founder, with an equity-based structure to be discussed.

The person we’re looking for could be one of two profiles:

1. Technical co-founder / fintech-payments builder
Someone with experience or strong ability in fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, wallets, stablecoins, compliance-aware architecture, or scalable backend/product engineering.

2. Business / fundraising / strategic co-founder
Someone strong in investor relations, partnerships, fundraising, fintech strategy, network building, or go-to-market. Ideally someone who can help us become more fundable and open doors to the right people.

What matters most:

You are serious and execution-focused.

You understand that this is early and risky.

You can bring credibility, skills, or network that the team does not currently have.

You are comfortable building before everything is perfect.

You care about fintech, payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure.

We are not looking for someone who only wants to “advise” from a distance. We’re looking for a real third person who wants to help shape the company from the beginning.
