YIMBYs, what's your opinion on Houston Texas's small house developments?
I'm a libertarian that's dissatisfied with the current rigid zoning laws. I feel like state owned/built housing isn't the solution though. The solution lies within making smaller and smaller houses.
Europe and Japan arguably have better housing than America since their houses are smaller sized and can comfortably fit their needs. In America, there's a cultural demand for land and SFMs provide a lot of land and housing.
Houston operates a bit differently though. What makes Houston unique and arguably impressive is the lack of zoning laws. Houston architects are making the most random and unique of smaller houses that don't fit the norm and are comfortably able to house folk with lower wages.
What are your thoughts on these housing developments?

Does the Switch 2 have access to Netreg wifi?
The title speaks for itself. I'm in a lower half dorm hall tho (Cary) so I'd understand if I would get weak Netreg wifi with the Switch 2.
Also where do I find the ethernet cable in my dorm?
