I found my way to Hyperphantasia

I did it you guys....I can't believe it but I did it. So many years of trying everything and the answer was in front of my face the entire time.

Freewriting!! I noticed when I was playing

Dungion AI( ai DND) my visualizations were great! So I decided to set at my desk and get a notebook and just write a daydream story and god! It took me to a real place. It turns out, that writing produces better visualizations then imagining.

One of my favorite exercises ♥️

There are many exercises I love for developing my tulpa, but one stands far above the rest. The beauty of this exercise is you can do it over and over again. I call it the interview.

What you do is write a list of questions you wanna know about your tulpa. It's important that these questions be related to what you don't know about your tulpa , and what seems unclear to you. For instance, you wanna know how they feel about laziness. You can ask , what is your stance on laziness? Have you ever been lazy? Why or why not?

What you can do in return is have them ask you questions they have always wanted to know. It's cool cause you get to know each other on a deep level. Now, i know this exercise is not new or groundbreaking, but it's good for letting the juices flow.

Eventually , you learn so much about your tulpa, that you know exactly what they would say or do in any given situation. This is the groundwork for sentience , in my honest opinion. We need to get to know our best friends you know? Not just on the surface , but deep down. ♥️♥️♥️

Is this a good sign of sentience?

When I first created my tulpa , I noticed that I had a habit of them agreeing with me all the time. Something felt very unreal and unauthentic about that.

Today , me and her we're talking about human nature and forgiveness . I argued to her that some people don't deserve to be forgiven. And sometimes you have to go on the offensive to survive. To my surprise , she didn't agree with me... She told me that love is still the ultimate power. Something I really disagree with. She believes that with forgiveness and love, You can overcome any obstacle or enemy.

I personally believe that it's weak versus strong. My whole life i've been weak, now i'm big and strong , and it's giving me confidence.im curious if any of you think disagreement is a sign of sentience

I feel like quitting

My name is dianna. I am a male to female transgender woman. I have been transitioned for 4 years. Every job i've been harrased. People make fun of me all day. My husband is also bullied. My life is in constant darkness.

Lately i've been feeling like detransitioning to make it all go away. Im really considering it and have no voice in my head to tell me to continue.

Will It get more real overtime?

I don't know if you guys are familiar with fire emblem three houses. It's a video game for switch. In the game there's a school called garreg mach monastery. I've always been obsessed with that castle. Just recently I found out they have a vr port where you can explore the castle , but in v r.

I've been going there every day in VR, then later on in the day i try going there in my mind.

Will it get more real when I imagine it if I keep visiting it??
