Help

The bottom bracket my miche crankset came with where a 107 but I replaced them cause I have a Italian frame but the breaks can't fully tighten cause they start rubbing in the frame also one side keeps unscrewing

Does it matter what size quil stem I get

I have a vintage Spanish frame if i get a vintage quil stem from the same time period would it probably fit

I measured my steerer tube size and it was 25.4 mm

I've tried looking for frames in Ireland and haven't been able to find any good quality ones I've tried looking at Facebook and eBay just wondering if there are any places in Europe?
