Why is my post paid bill 200 rs when I previously only paid 10 rs monthly

So i use the fiber for internet and only pay 10 rs monthly for post paid sim and last month june i recharged 299 only cause I had to sms for gpay bank account and that already finished on 14 july and now the bill like this , I don't understand
