2 weeks ago I developed a big red rash just below my penile opening with some flat red dots and it freaked me out. Then after a day inside my penis foreskin I saw some white discharge. I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed my clotrimazole 1% ointment to apply daily. I applied it daily and just after a week I saw improvement and the rash was completely gone following with the discharge as well. The only thing remaining were some few left red flat dots on my penile head. Then after a few days I had sex and the next day the red dots re appeared and a lot more.
People who had recurring symptoms like this how did you treat it? This thing has taken a mental toll on me.

I (M23) had sudden red flat dots, a big red patch just below my penis and white discharge inside my foreskin. Since then I started applying clotrimazole 1% cream and the patch and the discharge cleared in a week of applying the ointment. Then after a week I kept the area full dried and it was almost gone.
Then after a day I had sex the red dots increased a lot and I developed another patch again.
This thing is a lot frustrating and now it has taken a mental toll on me. I have read stories on Reddit where people can’t cure it even after years and now I’m terrified. People who have actually cured it how did you do it? Please help a brother out.
First of all I’m going to say that I did the stupidest thing in my life today and I regret it.
I used an app called pure for hookups and yesterday I matched with a girl and she was very attractive.
We started talking and things quickly escalated towards intimacy.
We talked over call and then the girl asks me to meet her at a hotel nearby from her place.
The girl said she is coming with her driver and I should just book the room and wait for her.
I searched that hotel and it looked decent but when I reached there it was in a shady area but I thought oh well let’s check this out.

I sat in my car and I just reversed it just to see if that girl was leaving the hotel too.

He is my cousin but our bond is like real siblings.
I called him and I explained everything to him.
He told me to meet him halfway through the road and I parked my car and I sat with him.

We woke up the receptionists and we told them to come with us to that girls room.
We went near her room and we heard some laughing or crying noises.

Then after a few mins she opened the door and my brother asked her questions like ‘are you fine?’ ‘My brother hasn’t done anything to you?’ ‘Shall we leave in peace or shall we involve the police?’
She said we can leave in peace and we had everything in recording.
We went to the ground floor at the reception area and my brother asked the receptionists to come outside for a moment.
He talked to them and threatened them that we will involve the authorities because my brother said that staff is also involved.
The staff also got scared and they said on recording that they will handle the rest and we should go.
I went home safely but I was feeling a lot embarrassed because I let myself into this whole situation and my brother had to see this side of me.
I talked to him and he said just chill because these things happen and you made a mistake.
