Are there any plans and chances for Bandai Namco and Project ACES to add RIO/WSO Extra Dialogue for Twin-Seater Aircraft in Ace Combat 8 since Project Wingman Prez?

By the way, since Kuro Games Wuthering Wavs have 2 Playable Female Fractsidus, Phrolova and upcoming Denia, whether or not Hoyoverse will finally change their mind to resurrect Signora/Rosalyne as a Cryo Catalyst Sub-DPS to avoid loosing its competitor by the time of Snezhnaya Update?

Also, both Signora/Rosalyne and Phrolova have similar tragic backstory. Rosalyne lost her lover Rostam in the Cataclysm in Mondstadt while still enrolled in Sumeru 500 and becoming a Fatui Harbinger, while Phrolova lost her own Family and Friends by Meteor during the Lament in Ostina, and she become a Fractsidus Overseer. And unlike Signora died in 2.1 in Inazuma and her story wasn't expanded aside from artifacts, Phrolova in 2.5 Rinascita is becoming playable and she's still alive.

Also, if in Snezhnaya, and since we still have Signora's Crown/Mask in Traveler's Inventory, I doubt we'll see the Rosalyne's Empty Coffin in later update?

Any chance that we'll have Aimpoint Red Dot Sight with 3x Magnifier and Eotech Holographic Sight with 3x Magnifier in next update even though it'll give us some Handling Penalty for Close-Medium Range Engagement?
