I recently decided to stop hunting and have switched to a Vegetarian diet.

I’ve hunted since I was a kid with my dad. This year, I’ve found myself enjoying nature and the wildlife, just doing what they do and being free to do so. I just don’t want to pursue them with a bow and arrow anymore. I want no part of it.

I’m 44 now, and have dedicated my life to being the healthiest version of myself. I feel more connected to nature than ever before. My body and mind, deserve to be respected. Especially as I get older.

I got tired of the cpap the heartburn, headache, and all around fatigue. Of course the weight gain too.

Starting to feel like myself again.

Life after a broken heart is weird. It’s not a bad thing, it’s just different. I really didn’t want to start a new life, but now I feel like I’m just getting started in life, being single at 44. A little wiser, more serious, but certainly more open to change.

I’m truly excited to see where life goes, and maybe meet a new woman, down the road. Life, is just funny sometimes isn’t it? Thank you for all of your kind messages, comments, and wonderful advice. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, I was the one that posted a picture of myself in my hunting gear talking about my recent separation and rode to divorce and how I’ve been affected.

Starting over is much harder than I thought.

Best advice for picking up after a 9 year marriage comes to an end. There’s no drama or anything like that. I’m just dealing with a lot of depression, anxiety and despair. I’ve been living alone since February when she moved out. I know there’s no time limit for “getting better” but it just feels like I’ve been going through the motions for far too long and I know that it’s starting to affect my everyday life. How do people move on and begin to heal? I miss being the happy. goofy, social guy I once was. I’m trying to learn to embrace the changes but it all feels so overwhelming. I’m sorry if this isn’t allowed. Delete if so.

ready to move on

What the heck is going on?

I have literally declined 100% of these bs bids from last Thursday to today, so far. There hasn’t even been any “just do it, you need the money” type offers. They’re all just incredibly low. Like insultingly low. I truly thought it would be a sustainable side gig. It was and now it’s not.

And before anyone craps all over me, for whatever reason, how about holding off. Life f*cks us all enough.

Can someone explain this one to me?

Now, hopefully this post doesn’t get removed like all the other ones simply because it’s been asked before which by the way is super annoying about this sub Reddit anyways I have a shop and delivery turned off yet the past two days I’ve been getting a ton of grocery store, orders or other retail places has DoorDash just thrown in the towel and said you guys are on your own. Have a good life?
