Returned a product on amazon, was charged ₹49 as offer processing fees but the refund amount doesn't include the ₹49. Anyway to get the complete refund?

My out of warranty S25 Ultra's ultrawide lens started shaking violently due to faulty camera hardware making it impossible to use camera. There is zero physical or water damage, never dropped the phone.
In S25 Ultra model there is widespread ultrawide camera hardware defect where ultrawide camera starts vibrating and shaking violently, this issue has been reported by alot of S25 ultra users but samsung never acknowledged this issue publicly and now since most early units of S25U are going out of warranty, samsung is forcing users to pay for the camera repair which us samsung's fault to begin with
Ultrawide lens do not have OIS, so external factors like mounting phone on bike cannot be the reason for this camera issue. 1x, 3x & 5x lens of S25U have OIS but none of them are having this issue, which proves that it's defective hardware not damage by user
Samsung is ignoring the messages sent on X (twitter). Just like greenline issue this is also a faulty camera hardware issue.
Since samsung is ignoring this issue and not acknowledging this publicly, what options do I have to make samsung pay for my camera repair?
I got OP buds 4 3 days ago and didn't like them, want to return to amazon but they don't accept returns just bcoz someone didn't like the product. Is there anyway to get them returned and not replaced or asked to go to service center? I know this is not a good practice but this is 1st time returning bcoz I didn't like the product. If you cannot tell in comments then please DM me how to return them without facing issues
Didn't have this issue until today, I update to april security patch today and Ultrawide camera is fully ruined by scamsung
If I use ultra wide camera then switch to 1x even then this doesn't stop.
My S25U is out of warranty, what should I do?
Edit: yes I know this is a hardware defect, but will scamsung accept it's their fault? Since device is out of warranty
Bought OP buds 4 for 4.6k, I was previously using Oneplus buds Z2 and I don't really feel the upgrade was worth the money. Both buds Z2 and buds 4 feel same to me, also I messed up as I have scamsung phone and it doesn't support LHDC. Also using YT music as it doesn't matter bcoz both buds are locked at AAC
I thought maybe the dual driver will give better clarity and sound quality but it didn't make much difference, just around 15-20% improvement
My EQ settings (suggested by gemini) for both buds are:
62Hz: 0
250Hz: -2
1kHz: +3
4kHz: +2
8kHz: -2
16kHz: -1
3D audio, basswave and ANC turned off (ANC bcoz when off it gives better sound)
I fcked up, should I try to return OP buds 4 (anyway to return them on amazon?) and wait for samsung buds 3pro to drop to maybe 7-8k price range during any major sale like diwali?
Edit: my previous buds was "TWS" oneplus buds Z2 not the neckband bullets Z2
Should I buy it now or wait for it to get more lower? Are there any other better alternatives?
