What dosage to start?

I was just approved for Tirzepatide at 2.5mg per dosage - one dose weekly. Reading everything I think that's a bit much for my needs and wanted to work my way up to that, if necessary.

I'm that girl who is having the really hard time losing that last 10-15 pounds. I exercise pretty much daily, walk the dog daily, life, yoga - overall really healthy lifestyle. I was thinking about starting with 1 mg and going from there, but I see may people started with far less. Please share your experience, especially if you're in the same situation of needing to lose those last few!

Goo Goo Hair

Did 18” in dark brown and followed the chart attached. I love, but it’s a touch darker than my usual level 5 hair. I think I might do a level 4 Demi on the canopy hair if it doesn’t blend better after a couple washes. Tapes ins, we’ll see how long they last!

Just need to vent

My SD was dropped off our house yesterday, which is a win in itself because mom refuses to ever make the commute or will cancel last minute, so my SO ends up driving every time - but that is what it is. Anyway, she finally drops her off... wearing next to nothing. I mean, an outfit my father would have killed me for wearing in my teens and something I wouldn't imagine wearing in public nowadays.

And no, this isn't a jealousy thing - only because I know it will be brought up. I work out, I'm in excellent shape, I somehow avoided stretch marks during pregnancy... could have worn that outfit but wouldn't never make the choice to... especially NOT dropping off my kids to their dad. I'm talking very short, low-rise shorts, and a low scoop crop top tank. All the skin and it wasn't even aggressively warm out.

We are secure in our relationship. He picks me every day; I don't for a second think it's a thing with them. I just was a bit appalled as she's leaning over the bed of her truck to get a bag for their daughter.

Okay that's all. Thanks for listening!

BF on a guys trip and I am okay... I think

Left a 12 year marriage over recurring infidelity. He was on Ashley Madison and constantly snapchatting random women - would disappear and turn off his location... just all of it. Anyway, I got out and went to therapy for several years and I think I am doing better. The first man I dated had no social media, pretty much no life outside of work, was very much a homebody. I thought I was healed until that relationship ended and I found my current partner. He's wonderful, kind, honest, all the things... but certainly more 'normal' in terms of dating history and friendships.

He's currently on a guys trip, their annual golfing adventure, and I think I'm doing okay. I miss him, but I'm not spiraling like I used to. I'm not stalking his socials or his friends socials like I did with my ex. I let him reach out to me when he has time - trying not to bother him and just let him enjoy this time. I'm not perfect and I feel my anxiety spike at times, especially not knowing if they're going out or staying in in the evenings (he tells me what they did the next day and he'll go into more detail when they get home), but I do think I'm doing well. Given the fact that I was detective in my marriage and struggled greatly any time he'd leave the house, I feel really good about this.

There's life and love and happiness after infidelity. We can recover.
