Frasier Crane Day 1997

I was just watching “The 1000th Show” S05 EP05 and there was only a few second clip of the actual Frasier Crane Day at the end of the show.
I cannot find any other clips of FC Day anywhere… does anyone know if we have footage of it or whether it’s lost footage?

Could someone recommend me some of UK mental health websites and/or chat services please?

Hello I am 20 years old and i have autism and crippling anxiety.
my anxiety can get really bad at times and chatting to someone helps ease me. however recently (over the past 2 weeks or so) my anxiety is late at night/early hours of the morning. and this specific anxiety is kinda complicated as i have no reason at all to feel anxious - basically i have had anxiety so much it kinda second-guesses (if that’s the right word?) and thinks that i should feel anxious when there’s no need to feel anxious. this kind of anxiety only happens at night for some reason.
but anyways, usually everyone i know is in bed during the early hours of the morning so i can’t talk to them. so i message into SHOUT, but they’ve been playing up recently so i haven’t been messaging their number.

does anyone know any other good mental health website/app/chat room (just anything really) apart from Samaritans and SHOUT that i could contact them about my anxiety?
ty if anyone could help me :)

Just venting (aged 20)

hi i am 20 years old. i have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder for about 5-6 years. but id say over the last 2 years my anxiety has gotten slightly worse.

sometimes i feel anxious for no reason at all. it’s very tiring as my body is in fight or flight mode all the time. my therapist told me that the random panic attacks can usually be caused by my body getting so used to being anxious that it kinda second guesses it (if that makes sense). also for some reason this random anxiety usually happens during the night - id wake up in the middle of the night and feel a little anxious feeling which will the heighten until it’s a panic attack.

i struggle to find ways to cope with my anxiety, like yoga/pilates/meditation, breathing exercises, etc i find these to not be as helpful. however i do find that distraction methods, and talking to people help. my favourite distraction methods are thinking of a theme (eg musicians/bands) and write down an example for each letter of the alphabet a-z, and looking around the room i’m in at that current moment and find as many items relating to a theme (eg how many things are made of wood, how many purple items are there in this room, etc).

i do take medication for my anxiety, but ive just recently had an increase of the dosage so hopefully that’ll make me feel more at ease.

Hi I am trying to view comments on a post on Twitter, but when I click on the speech bubble it makes me write a comment, and i can’t find where i can click to actually view the comments without writing a comment.

Thanks.
