For context
I asked here how can i talk to this girl in office while we don’t have anything common except cafeteria where people eat.
So today I encouraged myself to talk to her (she was alone) and I went to her and asked her if i can sit with her and she said ofcourse while making some expressions of obviously. So then I went blank after sitting and in my mind i was laughing so i dropped my face and then asked her name and we did little conversation and after that she ate her food (there was some food left, idk if she stood up because of me or what) and gave expression of i am going kind of and then she left

For context, there’s a girl in my office that I’d like to get to know. We don’t really have anything in common (at least that I know of) except that we both sit in the café during breaks.
She usually eats with her friends, but sometimes she’s there alone, and I feel like that’s probably the only natural opportunity I’d have to talk to her.
The problem is, I have no idea how to initiate the conversation or keep it going afterward. I don’t want to come across as creepy, force a conversation, or rely on random compliments that feel unnatural.
How would you approach this? What are some casual, work-appropriate conversation starters, and how do you keep the conversation flowing if you don’t know anything about the other person yet?
I’d especially appreciate advice from people who’ve been in a similar situation or from women on what feels respectful versus uncomfortable.

Bhai some girls literally says k gaaliya sirf female pe hi hoti hai ye woh (which is reall a bad thing) par jab ye khud frustate hoti hain kisi ldki se toh usko bhi maa bhen ki galiya hi dene lag jaati hai like wtf

And ye girls ka kya nara h k women should support women?? Nahi bhai everyone should support everyone who is right..

Like us hisaab se toh ldko ko bhi ldko ko support krna chahiye but nahi na.. kioke we should only support whats right and what’s not.

Aur koi bhi bura kaam hota hai toh why people start taking it on gender first, or religion… people do bad regardless their gender, and religion or whatever.

And why do some men think girls should not go outside kioke bahar bahut bura ho raha hai…. Toh us hisaab se toh ldko ko bhi ni jana chahiye. Why tf they go outside then?

Aur ek baat k log kehte h k ldkiyo ko jab se ajadi mili hai toh ldkiyo, men ko maar deri h aur bura kr rahi hain… toh socho jab only men ko azaadi thi toh kya kya krte honge and who are we to give azaadi to anyone??

I need a specific tip (like what should I think at that time) for this not general tips
So heres the situation
I am a boy and I am kinda introvert but it’s not that I can’t talk to anyone. Infact I can talk to anyone but they have to be alone (single standing or sitting person if I don’t know them) and have to be male
I talk to them even Idk what I talk about but I talk. But with females I forget and fear alot like what would I say, what will I talk about etc etc. To males, I even talk about surroundings easily. So what should I think of when talking to females.

For me, I try to find things but nothing ever works for me because i am just lazy what bout you?

For context I visited somewhere and people all were talking and socialising with each other, all were unknown to each other and I was just like standing there doing nothing asking nothing and talking nothing.. I felt so under thinking first time. And now I think I am just social awkward person but I am so much extrovert to my some of friends idk how. Can anyone please share tips for on how do I communicate without making conversation dumb because whenever (sometimes) I talk to random person, I end up being dumb and making conversations dumber.. plz share some tips on how should I improve my social interactions. (I ask things out of curiosity but it just ends on making me sound dumb instead of them being excited to talk about)

I wanna know how do some people have alot of non common topics to talk about like they start conversations without the starter questions and somethings interesting. What did they do to reach this level of knowledge? What should I do?! Like what kind of books should i read or what content should i consume to be like this?! Some people are really smart to argue and are clever, how can i Become the one?! I am so much weaker in this stuff so plz help plz
