Terrible SoT on the 13R

Getting terrible SoT on the 13R. I usually keep the charge between 80% to 85% and use till it reaches 20%.

I do see other users posting on this sub that they are getting around 8+ hours of SoT, and here I am, sometimes I have to charge the device twice in a day even after having a massive 6000mAh power house. What the hell is wrong with my unit.

Note: I keep both screen refresh rate and screen resolution on high settings, if that makes any difference. Background activity is restriced for Meta apps.

Please suggest how can I fix the SoT on my device.

Why do I see grey in the progress bar?

I usually see grey color in some part of my level progress bar occasionally. But, it gets fixed on it's own. So, I always wondered why is it there?

Camera Quality Issue

There is too much AI image processing in the photos taken with OnePlus stock camera. Although, I prefer more of a natural touch in photos. Checked all camera settings and could not find any toggle to turn off the AI image processing at all. Every photo is looking over saturated, how to get natural looking photos?
