What is this? Why do I get these sometimes?
See the items I was opening up to get the metadata?
What on earth am I getting some random nonsense name .exe file?

I had a clothes washer installed and an old one removed.
Top notch delivery and install team. I would give them an 11 out of 10 if I could. Everything I'm marking on the survey is TOP. Wrote in the comments section about how quick, clean, quiet, and professional they were.
But this ONE question bothers me.
"In these communications regarding the survey, was there mention to give a rating of a "9" or "10"?" Y / N
Is one answer going to get these guys in trouble if they asked for a good review? I just don't want them to catch any heat.
What part of a NVidia GPU does Frigate use?
Pic shows the Quadro P2200 in my Proxmox server. It's presently shared to a JellyFin VM and you can see when transcoding it smashes the encode and decode units. But if I were watching YouTube on this VM, it loads up the '3D' part of this graph.
How does Frigate handle the images? Does it use the encoders at all? Or does it rely just on the CUDA cores?

I've never had any piercing before, and the one I'm interested in getting would create a hole that would be very difficult if not impossible to close.
I also like the idea of stainless steel and not titanium because the feel of the weight is part of the alure.
I'm looking at a 316L stainless ring from a reputable company. I've heard that simply wearing a stainless-steel ring on a finger or necklace is sometimes able to detect the sensitivity but not always accurate since it's exposed to different types of flesh when it's a piercing.
What are my options to get the most accurate result?
This is a two fold question.
The text for Champion Fighter's 'Remarkable Athlete', RA henceforth, states:
>Thanks to your athleticism, you have Advantage on Initiative rolls and Strength (Athletics) checks.
>In addition, immediately after you score a Critical Hit, you can move up to half your Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
So, say I have a Speed of 40, being a barbarian who's reached level 5. I use 40 movement to close to an enemy, attack them, and crit. Does that mean I now can move another 20 feet? Does RA just 'give' you that movement?
Second question.
Can movement happen ONLY on your turn? RA doesn't make it clear. Say I get an attack of opportunity and crit. Can I now move on the enemy's turn?
EDIT: It looks like a unanimous agreement on both questions. Thanks, all!
I've found the part numbers from Synology's support:
But no one seems to have them. The recommendation I've been seeing is to pull the faulty drive and check the underlying manufacturer's part number and just find one of those.
Fine. I can do that. I just prefer not to have to make multiple trips to the data center 90 minutes from my house.
Anyone know from experience, or having one close by what part I should be looking for?
Level 4 berserker and greataxe wielding gwm.
Party of four defending Wizards of Wine from a night attack by 4 druids and 16 vine blights. After we loosed a withering hail of spells and bolts I dashed from the building to get into melee range. Immediately surrounded by 4 blights. Hit and immobile.
After my party has a go, they've got one hit, another bloodied. I'm last to act. The blights have been wailing on me but 16 AC and damage resistant, I'm just peachy. The two injured blights have me restrained and are both a source of disadvantage. I could try and break free, sure.
But not this time. Reckless attack, go! Flat attack against the injured blight. Hit! With frenzy, GWM, and rage, just enough damage gets rolled to kill it. Now the fun really starts.
Hew! Flat attack hits the bloodied blight. Dead.
Cleave! And with advantage this time since both of the ones restraining me are dead. Hit a third blight and roll crap for damage. Did I mention that I have Savage attacker? Re roll, much success. It's now bloodied too.
Not bad at level 4. Yes, I know I'm peaking early. Still feels good.
So here's where things stand now.
Level 4, Halfling barb, Berserker subclass, savage attacker as origin feat, GWM picked up at level 4.
Level 5 I'm sticking with barb to get 2nd attack.
But after that I'm torn. Part of me says, 'multiclass fighter/champion for 4 levels'. This nets fighting style, action surge, second wind, tactical mind, improved crit, and remarkable athlete, and a feat (mageslayer likely).
Then back to barbarian for levels 6-8, assuming we reach 12 levels in the campaign. At the start our DM estimated we would likely wrap up the campaign somewhere in the 10-12 level range.
The smaller voice in my mind says 'nah, pure barb, all the way'.
Is it worth giving up / delaying the higher level barbarian features? I would have to wait to be level 10 overall to get mindless rage. I would never get brutal strike, relentless rage, or retaliation.
Please, without spoilers, is my DM right about our expected level? Am I going to miss out on a lot of fun by foregoing the higher end skills? Or is the doubling of my crit rate going to counteract that? Is action surge going to be that clutch skill, even being limited to two attacks per action and one frenzy per turn?
This is a DnD group that we only get to play maybe ~3 hours a session and lately we're lucky to get 3 sessions a month. Lately it's been closer to two. This isn't BG3 where I can just try it out and respec if I don't like it.
Discectomy failed and a spinal fusion was the next step. Not a fun recovery. Do not recommend. Still better than living with the back and leg pain though.
Let's play out a hypothetical scenario where Joe Citizen is having a conversation with Calvin the Cop. Joe Citizen might be mouthing off. Maybe he's upset about something. Maybe he's disrespectful to Calvin Cop. All of these are Joe's rights. Joe breaks zero laws.
Calvin Cop, now fed up, arrests Joe Citizen on a nonsense charge like 'assaulting an officer' even through no threats, threatening movements, etc were made.
The arrest is unlawful. Footage from surrounding witness phones, CCTV, etc, captures it all. Joe Citizen, upset about his bad day getting worse because someone is abusing their power, pulls his arms back and physically resists the arrest which is knows to be bullshit. Because Joe Citizen knows he hasn't broken any laws. Joe Citizen is also charged with resisting arrest.
This makes it to the DA, who reviews the footage and says 'well, the arrest was completely unjustified, assault charges dropped.' Followed by 'well, the arrest was illegal, so the resisting arrest is also dropped'.
This is all a perfectly plausible scenario. You see it play out on Youtube on countless phone and body camera interactions.
This is where my mind wonders. Since the arrest was illegal, the resisting arrest follows to be dropped. What if Joe Citizen had done more? What if Joe Citizen pushed Calvin Cop while they attempted the arrest (under these exact same bogus conditions) and they slipped and broke their arm? Landed bad and cracked their head and died? Or if Joe's successfully in cuffs and now start kicking officers? Remember, in this scenario the arrest has already been pre-ordained to be illegal. How much cover does that give to the person illegally arrested throughout the process?
