Let’s just say this summer didn’t go as planned & unfortunately I was not able to save up as much as I had hoped to.
Considering that Fordham’s Post-Bacc is basically all out of pocket, aside from the one time $12500 loan for the calendar year, any suggestions on how to pay for this program?
I don’t really qualify for any private loans unfortunately which is probably the most common choice, but any input would be nice!
Hello, M23 here. I’m not the best builder as i’ve only recently come back to minecraft, but i’ve been having fun lately building!
I’ve been playing on this really cool Java 26.2 server that has some mods and other features. Main thing is you can create and build a large town which i’ve been doing.
The concept once completed will be inspired by attack on titan so i’m just looking for some chill friends to help me build it. I’ll get you set up with everything you need!
This is even perfect for people that passively play because the server is always open and active. So it’s your choice how much you want to play :)

Hello! I’ve been playing on this cool Java (26.2) SMP server that has some mods, economy, and more.
I own a town on the server and i’m looking for some friends that would like to join my town and help me build up an attack on titan style city while chilling and chatting. I of course will get you set up with everything you need to start.
There are a bunch of cool features. Everyone on the server is super friendly but ideally I’d like us to make our own little community inside of it as we work together :).

Hey guys, I would really like to get back into minecraft as i’ve been off the game for years and im very rusty. I have a lot of free time at the moment and would like a server I can play on with other adults. I am rusty so I am getting recalibrated and don’t know a lot about more recent updates, but looking for chill people to play with!
I do have bedrock as well but it’s much harder for me on switch than mac so I’d prefer Java
Honestly I am beyond annoyed at the moment. Last night I was working on a new house and finished decorating, saved and went to sleep. I woke up this morning and sims was giving me an error message to open, which was confusing because I don’t have any mods installed.
I play on Mac, and apparently overnight the Sims 4 documents folder synced to iCloud but failed in the process, so when my computer restarted it wiped out my Sims folder and made a new one when I opened Sims…
Literally everything is gone, all my saves, tray files, sims, everything. It’s a fresh new game. 😐
I’ve been troubleshooting all day, trying to find it in my icloud, following every tutorial and nothing works.
I just almost don’t even want to play the game anymore if literally everything i’d worked on is gone…
I’m starting the program this Fall 2026 at rose hill and would like to at least know a few people that are also starting or already in the program. I’m also open to being friends with students in other programs but i’m 23 so prefer people around my age
These were originally garden mum chrysanthemums. I think I am now growing weeds/grass LOL.
Pic 1: I know that one singular stem with the small clover shaped leaves are definitely the mums, but what is the rest of it?

These were originally both fully mums that died sometime last year and just sat for awhile. I saw some tiny green buds in the soil when I broke off all the dead branches. They are growing rapidly & noticeably everyday, doubling in size every couple days. The pots sit next to the grass. Idk if clippings from the lawnmower are going in there or what it could be.. any ideas?
i’ve noticed over the last 3 years that whenever I eat chipotle I feel a lil nauseous after. I typically get burritos or bowls & I thought it was the combination of guac + queso, but recently I got a simple burrito (rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese, pico) and was still feeling slight nausea.
The food tastes good to me, but sometimes I can’t even finish it because I get the feeling. I’m starting to think I might be allergic to something in it, but i’m only allergic to shellfish so that’s unlikely. Anybody else experience that?
I always said I didn’t like brussels sprouts before I even tried them & ending up really liking them 😂
I mean, personally I feel like it’s one of the best cake flavors. I personally don’t see a reason why people don’t like it, but i’m curious is it the spice? The concept? What is the technical reason why you don’t like the flavor?
I bought this plant at the nursery 6 days ago. When I got it, all the leaves were very green and there was no curling. I kept it in the same soil & pot it came in, and the soil has been moist so i’ve avoided watering. I thought the leaves were curling and turning yellow bc of the humidity so I got a mini humidifier which doesn’t seem to be doing much. ((the leaves look a lot more yellow on camera but in person most of them are light green)
There is an acidic type of smell coming from the soil, it smells like hair bleach. I’m a new plant parent so i’m unsure if this is root rot or if I should repot it.
It sits on the corner of my desk that has a grow light, but I have a south & west facing window that lets in some natural light. My coffea arabica plant is doing great from the same nursery that I got the same day.
I am in need of help! I got this pothos 5 days ago from home depot. When I brought it home, there were some brown leaves & roots, the soil was dense, & it had fungus gnats. So the next day I cleaned off the roots, repotted it with a blend of orchid bark, potting soil, and perlite, and I cut off the dead leaves and roots.
After that I placed it near my indoor grow light and the leaves perked upwards and it seemed happy for 2 days. Yesterday I noticed the leaves started drooping, but I had watered it when I repotted it (probably a mistake) and it isn’t dried out yet.
Today the leaves are basically laying flat and they’re very soft, a few are shriveling and turning brown/black. The roots are really dark now (or covered in soil) and i’m assuming it has root rot, but the soil drains well so i’m confused on how this happened.
I think I messed up big time and I just feel really bad that it’s dying so quickly 😢 What do I do? I’m scared to repot it again but I’m pretty sure i’ll have to propagate all the clippings.
also HOW did I kill a pothos of all plants and my others are fine?!?!?! 😒
If you see a job listing you’re interested in and the hiring manager has their profile showing, at what point to you message them? Do you send an invite to connect first and then wait for them to accept it or should you just message them directly without/before adding? I made my account yesterday, still figuring out how to take the best approach.
