Ik ben opzoek naar Eline.

We hebben elkaar eerst ontmoet op liquicity, waar je super enthousiast vroeg of ik ook naar Castlefest ging, waar ik je uiteraard voor een 2e keer tegen het lijf liep.

We hebben kort, maar zeer gezellig gekletst maar door enige tijdsdrang ben ik helemaal vergeten iets van gegevens achter te laten en heb je helaas niet nog een keer gezien....

This year was my first time liquicity.

I'm no stranger to festivals, raves etc. but this was truely something else.

I was with a group, but found myself constantly adopted by other people, seeing the most amazing costumes, all activities were much fun and i was so happy when i found out it wasnt just music. (i would totally not have expected arts and crafts hahah, but it was so chill).

being invited to weird afterpartys (if you were at the Roman Empire PowerPoint you know what i mean lol).

i truely felt part of a little community instead of just being at a party with my own friends.

i made so many contacts within a few days and even after partying sinds thurday and being absolutely wasted im still smiling from ear to ear.

Ik heb momenteel een discussie met mijn broer;

Ik ben team contant; Zie je direct het geld, geen geneuzel met telefoons, geen kans op nep-apps, handen schudden en verder.

mijn broer is team bankoverschrijving; lekker makkelijk, gebruikt toch geen contant in dagelijks leven.

van welk team ben jij? en waarom?

Het gaat hier trouwens om standaard marktplaats aankopen; Een tent, een fiets, een telefoon. sub. 300 euro zegmaar.

this post is just a rant about my 3 journey getting bigscreen to work as primary monitor.

3 days ago my pc monitor broke, so no way of using my pc anymore...

then came my eureca moment, i still had a oculus cv1 lying around.

so i set it up usung chrome remote desktop (steaming your screen over a phone installing meta link is an absolute bitch)

installed big screen, open it and.....nothing.

just a black screen.

nothing seemed to work, all posts about it not working are about steaming your desktop on a quest, nvidea drivers etc.

took me 3 fucking days to find out bigscreen does not work over a wired connection without a fing moniter untill i installed a virtual moniter driver....

f me, fuck meta, and f my broken monitor.

TLDR

bigscreem on a wired connection does NOT work without a primary monitor. hook one up or install a virtual monitor driver.

hopefully someone in need sees this post and is spared this miserable journey

i want to use bigscreen my my oculus cv1, somehow though i cant seem to get desktop mode to work.

Desktop mode works fine from the meta horizon link program itself, but as soon as im in bigscreen i cant seem to interact at all...

all tips i can find are for remote desktop for the quest headsets, but since im using a wired cv1 i can not run remote and am bound to a local wired connection.....

any tips?
