One is Top shelf Fig farms and one is a homegrown auto. Can you tell which is which?

Just stopped by the local dispo and they had a prize wheel that you spin at the end for a surprise and I managed to get an 8th of some fig farms Moonana Chronic.

I hear a lot of people saying that Autoflowers don’t hold a flame to photoperiods as far as effects or bag appeal but I believe that autos are at the same level in current times.

Also the auto is white widow from atlas

Zkittles Auto - Pres line

This girl initially started in my 10 x 10 tent with the other preservation line strains I was running but about 2 weeks into flower she hermed and produced nuts.

I was discouraged but decided to pluck the nuts and put her outside in my greenhouse hooked up to my autopot and see what happens.

To my surprise she didn’t produce any more nuts and continued to grow without issue.

She smells of rotting fruit ( kinda like papaya and old pineapple )

Grown in a 2 gallon pot with recycled soil and Gaia green amendments

Preservation line

Mendo Star Auto (1-3): she’s been slowly chunking up and getting louder and louder, this is the one that took me by surprise. Early on I felt she was shorter than the others and wouldn’t have as big of flowers and she proved me wrong. Bud sites galore that just continue to grow. Terps are gassy papaya, definitely not your traditional Mendo breath but these terps are more up my alley anyway.

Sundae Driver Auto (4-6): She’s staying more slim and tall instead of bulking out sideways, having more of a Christmas tree style structure reminiscent to more sativa leaning plants, however she is strictly putting off scents of gas and rubber tire (was hoping for more of a fruit forward strain). This one is probably my least favorite of the bunch but still a decent plant nonetheless

Atlas White Widow (7-8): I feel it would be unfair to compare this to the preservation line as I could clearly tell that this line had been worked further as this one was the best of the three. Super dense, frosty, terpy nugs that reek of fruity pebbles. This one will be run again. Chopped her at ~72 days (not the best at keeping track of time I just pull em when they’re ready)

All plants were sprouted at the same time, grown in the same soil (2 gallon reamended living soil, mix of roots 707, Promix, and local soil from my land).

Atlas white widow

Grown in recycled living soil in a 2 gallon pot amended with Gaia green flowering amendments.

Smells exactly like fruity pebbles.

Very dense nugs on this one, very impressed with the terps and structure ☃️

All grown in 2 gallon pots with recycled organic soil that’s been amended with Gaia green nutrients and worm castings.

Sundae driver is giving a noxious gassy smell which I wasn’t expecting

Atlas star is a nice mix of fermented fruit and gas

White widow is a very pungent sweet berry smell

Preservation line run

Pics 1-3 are the sundae driver auto
4-6 are the White Widow auto
7-9 are the Mendo star

All grown in organic soils with worm castings and dry amendments in 2 gallon fabric pots.

Sundae driver is a 5/10 on the terp scale smelling more “dank and gassy” than anything else, plant has nice structure with good inter-nodal spacing. Hit with fem cherry bangarang pollen

White widow is 8/10 on terps coming through with a sweet candy berry smell very similar to a bag of the blue tropical skittles but also looks to have leafy buds. Also hit with fem cherry bangarang pollen

Mendo star is a 4/10 being the least smelling plant but having some gassy notes come through. Fairly bushy plant with lots of bud sites though. Did not pollinate

There’s still some time in flower for them to develop more terps so we’ll see in the end. ☃️✌🏻☃️

Preservation line run

We have White widow, zkittles, Mendo star and Sundae Driver. So far the sundae is the largest plant, not a whole lot of terps other than the white widow smelling like sour fruit. Hopefully as they one along they develop more terps.
