So I went on a trip to California for a week. I came home and looked over the car and everything was fine. I start it up and let it warm up for a few minutes and let the rpm’s settle. After about 15 min of going 65 on the highway I get off to stop and grab coffee and I see it smoking. And this is what I open the hood to. Can anyone advise what part this is? And what the dealer could possibly charge?

I have a neighbor who revs their engine for probably 5-7 minutes before riding at 5am. The video doesn’t quite do it justice but it is so loud it wakes me up. I’m trying to be understanding - is it normal and required to rev before taking off? Thanks in advance, I’m genuinely curious!

I posted before about having an oil housing leak. Dealer is going to replace it under warranty, but in the meantime I need to keep the oil topped off! What do you think? Half a quart by the time I got home 5 miles away?
EDIT: Dealer had topped the oil off to full. Drove it 40 miles home from the dealer before this pic was taken. I was 5 miles from home at the time of the pic.
