Don't you find it curious that the other villages haven't replicated Kumogakure's Lightning Release Chakra Mode, but with other elements?

In other words, it’s a jutsu so useful, powerful, and versatile that it’s surprising no one has tried to replicate it; it’s practically the perfect defense, and it boosts your physical capabilities to boot.
It surprises me that someone like Hiruzen—who boasts of being an expert in all five elemental natures—never created his own version of a Fire- or Wind-based Chakra Mode, for instance.
With Wind, you’d gain super-speed, slice through anyone trying to attack you at a molecular level, and almost certainly be able to fly.
And with Fire... well, you’d burn anyone who touched you. I can’t think of many uses for a cloak of fire other than burning enemies, but it’s still pretty useful.
Plus, look at ninjas like Kakashi or Sasuke: with the Chidori, they essentially have a Lightning Chakra Mode on their arm and are already lethal, so why not apply that kind of jutsu to the entire body?

What if Minato had completely sealed away the Nine-Tails and taken it with him to the grave? What was Obito's Plan B supposed to be?

Let’s assume that, following the devastation the Nine-Tails wreaked on the village—and given that Konoha is the only village that doesn't rely on a *jinchūriki* for its power—Minato decides to solve the problem at the source by completely eliminating the Nine-Tails, rather than worrying about maintaining the balance of power.
What the hell would Obito have done with his plan then?

I'm curious to know if Hiruzen had planned to make Kakashi the Fifth Hokage.

Given that Jiraiya had no interest in the position—having already turned it down several times—and that Tsunade had been away from the village for over twelve years (a period during which Hiruzen almost certainly tried, without success, to convince her to return and take the role), I believe that had Orochimaru not attacked the village and had events simply taken their natural course, Hiruzen would have handed the position over to Kakashi at the start of Shippuden.
By then, Kakashi would have recovered somewhat from his depression thanks to leading a Genin team and would have possessed the strength of a full-fledged Kage, even though he would have ended up being the weakest Hokage of them all.

And what was Itachi supposed to do with his plan if it turned out Tsunade couldn't cure Sasuke of his coma?

Let’s assume Tsunade lacked the knowledge or experience needed to treat such severe neurological damage, or that Itachi went too far with the genjutsu torture he inflicted on Sasuke, causing completely irreversible damage.

What, then, would be Plan B?

I wonder if Rick Prime met these guys too.

Since Rick Prime apparently also had his own "Uncle Slow"—and kept insisting to C-137 that they had lived through nearly identical experiences, with the only difference being that he was simply one step ahead of C-137 in everything—I got curious and created a version of Rick Prime with some of C-137’s friends, but all of them from the Prime universe.

Minato at age 16 inventing an incomplete chakra sphere, vs. Sasori at the same age killing the strongest Kazekage and creating his own method of immortality and *kekkei genkai* preservation. Without a doubt, Sasori's talent and intelligence are vastly underestimated.

Would these individuals have managed to become the Kages of their villages if they hadn't been so crazy (and, in Itachi's case, if his timing hadn't been so poor, having to deal with so many issues in his village at such a young age)?

I find Sasori's case more intriguing—specifically, whether he could have secured the position of Fourth Kazekage instead of Rasa, given that the role in Sunagakure appears to be passed down among individuals possessing the magnetic lineage (and, obviously, a Sasori loyal to his village would not have turned the Third Kazekage into a puppet).

Who would have thought that three years have already passed since we lost Uncle Slow, the best character in the entire series?

Without a doubt, he was Rick's best friend; he was always there, supporting her through thick and thin.

Do horses exist in the world of Naruto?

I honestly don't remember if even a single horse appeared in the entire series.

So, did the Kamui dimension already exist before Obito—with him simply using his eye as an "access point" to that place—or was it created the moment he awakened his Mangekyo?

How the hell do you explain to the authorities that you were just minding your own business at home when, out of nowhere, a damn alien who looked exactly like you stepped out of a portal, lost his temper, and blew your house to smithereens—taking your wife and daughter with him?

I wonder if Rick has had his license and permits to conduct advanced scientific research revoked because of this "accident."

Did Rick lose much of his essence as a character when he became a cyborg?

I mean, in the early seasons, it was interesting to see how the smartest being in the universe used his wits to win battles—or sometimes just to survive and escape countless life-or-death situations; that was his appeal. But ever since he became a cyborg—constantly pulling out an endless array of powerful weapons, to the point where his fights in the ninth season started looking like Dragon Ball battles, with energy blasts and all that—I feel like he lost part of his essence as a character.

If he was always capable of regaining his arms by using that strange Uzumaki mask, then... why not use it?

If, for example, some random guy—say, Minato—were to cast the genjutsu Kotoamatsukami on himself with the command "never fall victim to a genjutsu again, except for this one," could he face another random guy—like Itachi—and look him in the eye without falling victim to a genjutsu?
