Falsely accused of ragging in college. I'm terrified and need urgent advice.

Hi everyone.

I'm a college student in West Bengal , India, and I'm in a very stressful situation. A girl has filed a formal complaint against me with my college's anti-ragging committee and the principal, accusing me of ragging her.

The problem is that I never ragged her. I barely even speak to her. The thing is that she is attracted to me romantically and I have rejected her advances . I am not homophobic but I am heterosexual. Despite that, she has made this complaint, and I'm terrified because anti-ragging allegations are taken very seriously.

I'm worried this could affect my reputation and even my future plans, including applying for GRE and CUET-related opportunities. I don't want a false accusation to destroy years of hard work. I have never harmed any living being my whole life let alone ragging a girl .

Has anyone experienced something similar? What should I do immediately? How should I defend myself before the inquiry? What kind of evidence should I collect, and should I seek legal advice?

Any genuine guidance would mean a lot. I'm feeling overwhelmed and don't know what my next step should be. I am the only child of my parents . Like everyone else I also have dreams to go and study in abroad or out of the state . I care about my image and reputation a lot . I am also afraid of losing my friends . They knows that I am innocent but still people don't wanna stay with someone who is associated with such type of disputes.

So hey everyone , this is not a suggestion post . I really wanna discuss something today yall . It's a very genuine discussion topic . It's actually my first discussion post here . So there are lot of girlies or even guys have celebrity sps there I guess . Well it's nothing wrong to have a celebrity sp . I myself have one and have met so many girlies who also have celeb sps . But I have a very few things to say . This community is nice but there few toxic people who literally breaks people's confidence for manifestation. Just because someone is manifesting something different than yours that doesn't mean you get to insult that person . According to LOA , Neville Goddard and subliminals you can literally manifest anyone . But obviously I don't support manifesting married people with kids . This is morally wrong. But you can definitely manifest a unmarried person who is even a celeb, even from a different country , culture or despite age difference and language barrier , well that's what subliminals teaches us right . But the issue is when a girl say " that xyz kpop idol is my sp " and in response someone saying " he won't look at any Indians " , " he only loves korean women " , " he is a disgusting man " blah blah blah . Isn't this enough to hurt certain someone or break their confidence? I don't support this at all . And the person who is manifesting that specific kpop idol genuinely loves them , they are not stalkers or gold diggers . Few days ago someone told me very famous and handsome guys prefers beautiful and famous women as well . So yeah obviously if I am manifesting a celebrity so obviously I am also manifesting to be equal as them or even higher than them . And this person is quite right actually. But such statements " you are brown " , " he prefers pale pettie korean girls " don't say this . You don’t even know from which situation this person is going through. Maybe this person is exactly what they needs or wants or became like this to that xyz idol . And I am very pale skinned since birth but due to sun exposure and pcos I got a lot of darker and tanned since last year but it's all good now due to subs and skincare. Still people say " your sp is racist towards brown people " , first of all not every Indian is brown skinned , there are a variety of skin colours in India , you will find alabaster skin complexion to mahogany skin complexion in India . And even if the person is brown skinned then what's wrong with that ? Everyone skin colour is beautiful and even if someone wants to change their skin complexion by using subs that's also totally fine . Their life their choice , this doesn't make them racist . Just because someone is from a specific nationality that doesn't mean they can't manifest relationship or marriage to someone from another nationality . Stop being racist towards Indians. Even Neville Goddard manifested his wife successfully. Yeah it's easier if you become equal to them such as an actress , idol , model or ceo or even royal or someone just powerful , influential . People says stop putting your celeb sps in a pedestal yet they will also say " It's not possible " when they will hear its a kpop idol . I don't understand why . I have even seen success stories from very ordinary people who literally manifested top tier Hollywood stars, Bollywood stars , international sport players and even billionaires . Then why it's hard for kpop idols ? And also there's a thing called desired reality. If you align successfully you shift to your DR naturally. In your DR , you can a billionaire heiress or a royal princess or an A-list actress or a top tier idol ( if you want that) and you will get your SP and even also you don’t get these at least opportunities and chances will be opened for you to meet your SP .
