21M - Will Class II elastics ruin my facial profile/jawline?

Hey everyone, I’m 21M and recently started wearing Class II elastics (running from my lower molars to my upper canines).

​My orthodontist said my upper jaw/teeth are too far forward and I have some spacing between my upper teeth, while my lower jaw is slightly recessed, even though I already have a decent jawline.

​I’ve read some conflicting things online about these elastics retracting the upper jaw and ruining facial aesthetics (like cheekbone support and under-eye support). I'm also noticing that sometimes it’s a bit harder to rest my tongue fully on the roof of my mouth before this because od space.

​For anyone who has gone through this or any orthos here: will this actually flatten my face, or will it just improve my profile by bringing the lower jaw forward? Appreciate any insights!

I'm a 21-year-old male, and I've been diving deep into pelvic floor training recently. My main goal is maximum sexual stamina, ejaculatory control, better erections ,and overall better performance in bed.

The problem is, I keep finding so much conflicting information online. Some sources suggest doing heavy sets 6 days a week, some AI tools spit out generic "3 times a day every day" routines, and others recommend just doing them whenever you remember.

I really want to avoid overtraining and hypertonicity (an overly tight pelvic floor), as I know that completely ruins your stamina.

And I am also wondering how do you use this in sex. Do you hold kegel when you are close to orgasm or when you are close to orgasm you start doing reverse kegel?

The third photo is about 2 years old, and it looks to me like my hairline hasn’t changed, but I’m not sure.

If anyone has any advice on how to fix this with natural methods, I’d appreciate it.
