Free alternative to Gateway Wave 1
Hi everyone,
Those of you who’ve been in this community for a while may know of the extensive work that‘s been done to analyze the frequency contents of the various HS and Monroe focus signals, and to make clean room community implementations of them freely available.

While this was initially set up to get you access to my set of files, you can also get to Alex’s files by following the breadcrumbs from that doc; he’s the one other person that knows what he’s doing.
Up to now, the community files have been largely unguided free flows. But for some time now, a project has also been underway to make a freely available guided program similar in scope to Wave 1: to be a starting point for those who don’t have access to the Gateway tapes; and as supplementary material for those who do.
This has been years in the making, and we finally have a “first cut” of a complete alternative to Wave 1, which has been called Treasure Hunt: Introduction to Exploration of Consciousness. It’s here for maximum availability https://www.youtube.com/@Pcc-signals
This is a first cut so there will still be tweaks made, but in the mean time it is already fully usable. It is legally utilizing the knowledge of frequency structures discovered through very in depth analysis of Monroe focus state signals, without violating anyone’s copyrights. And similar to Wave 1 it covers the set of tools needed to embark on safe exploration.
Additionally there are a number of refinements made in both the signal construction and guidance that leverages more modern knowledge than Bob originally had access to. For example, these days progressive relaxation is considered one of the least effective guided relaxation techniques, additional fractionation has been added, prep is built a lot more incrementally, and so on. TMI themselves have been incorporating similar refinements into their newer material as well.
This is being made freely available as a service to the community because it feels like the world needs something like this.
I’m happy to answer any questions as I can, please just be patient because work has me at a conference all of this week and I’m not entirely sure what availability is going to look like.
In the mean time the readme in the original set accessible via the google doc, does go into some depth on background, philosophy, analysis etc.
