I have a shot at my dream college, but I’m currently three ranks behind the cutoff. I basically need at least two people ahead of me to not take their seats for me to have a chance.

Two of the girls ahead of me also seem to have some issues with their documents/admission, and a horrible part of me keeps hoping that they won’t end up getting the seats. I know that sounds selfish and honestly kind of evil, because I don’t want anything bad to happen to them. I just desperately want those seats to become empty so that i can get in.

I don’t have the money for a private college, and if I don’t get this seat, I may have to stay at home again after already losing two years.

Please Tell me honestly, is there something i can do about it? Pls help

I've been using hydroquinone for around 10-12 days for my dark circles, a dark spot and some pigmentation around my mouth. I've also applied a very small amount to my eyelids, and today I used it on my neck for the first time. I'm concerned about irritation, rebound pigmentation or
hypopigmentation, and the possibility of permanent skin changes. I've also used hydroquinone and tretinoin together on the same areas two or three times. I'd like to know the safest way to use hydroquinone. What would be the best way to use hydroquinone while preventing any risk of irritation, hypopigmentation, or other long-term side effects?
Melanated skin is the most prone skintone for the rebound effect is scaring me to use it at all
