I genuinely think this app could change the creator industry

This might sound random, but I recently started using a newer app called “frame.” and it made me realize how outdated the process of hiring creatives actually is.

Normally if I want to hire a photographer or videographer locally, it turns into:

Searching hashtags
Digging through random portfolios
Waiting days for DM replies
No pricing info
No real booking flow
No contracts

This app basically turns the process into something way more streamlined. You can browse creators by category and location, see their work immediately, and send inquiries directly through their profile.

The part I thought was interesting is that it seems more focused on actual creative work than influencer stuff. A lot of the creators on there are filmmakers, photographers, automotive shooters, drone operators, etc.

It also has built in agreements/contracts which honestly makes way more sense than trying to manage everything through email threads.

Not trying to sound like an ad, I just think the idea itself is something the creative industry needed for a while.

Curious how other people currently find freelancers or creative professionals for projects.
