what will u name the post op phase in one word?? For me it is - tornado 10x..

I cannot rlly explain what is going on in me rn. All i do is do anything that doesnt make me feel alone and i get lost in my overthinking and depressing whirlwind...

In my head I’m clear, confident, funny… I know exactly what I want to say. But when I actually talk, it comes out awkward or not how I imagined at all. It’s like there’s a gap between who I am inside and what shows outside.

What tests confirmed the diagnosis, and what treatment helped?

How do you stop overanalyzing every little interaction?

Not the usual pleasant smells… something unexpected that you still enjoy for some reason. The kind of thing others might find strange if you mention it.

How did you confirm it was endometriosis-related and not IBS or food intolerance?

Nothing serious or controversial, just a simple take that somehow always turns into a debate. Even when you think it’s obvious, others strongly disagree.

A basic task that should be easy, but for some reason it just never goes smoothly for you. Even after doing it multiple times, it still doesn’t feel natural.

I’m looking for practical strategies that worked in real life.
