नमस्कार, मैं मुंबई में Zepto का Delivery Partner हूँ और Malad East के एक Zepto Store से orders करता हूँ। मुझे एक गंभीर समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिसके कारण मेरी रोज़ की कमाई पर सीधा असर पड़ रहा है। जिस Zepto Store की बात है, वह 24 घंटे operational है और वहाँ orders आते रहते हैं। लेकिन Store पर मौजूद कुछ delivery staff मुझे बार-बार खासकर दोपहर के समय, लगभग 2 बजे से 4 बजे के बीच, orders लेने/करने से रोकते हैं। उनका कहना है कि इस समय मुझे order नहीं करना है। जबकि Store चालू रहता है और दूसर
