Went to Asbury Park, NJ to practice some night photos, my inspiration for these were movie still frames (particularly Obsession since I love the cinematography). Recipes are Kodak Portra 800 v3 and Cinestill 800T. I think I should get a pro mist filter soon since I like the bloomed highlights look, maybe some more halation.
Taken from the summit of Mt. Monroe. The Presidential Range is some of the most beautiful mountain scenery I’ve encountered relatively close to home, and I will definitely be making more frequent trips up here.

Spent 4 days driving around the Highlands and the Isle of Skye capturing whatever looked interesting to me and absolutely fell in love with Scotland and the landscapes. I seriously never wanted to put my camera down. The best part of this is most of these were completely unplanned and spontaneous shots.
I’m frankly pretty impressed with how capable my phone is for photography, i’ve noticed that I have been challenging myself to take more iPhone pics since I got my camera funny enough. I square cropped the original picture and added a white border in Lr.
I like the chevron esque look but considering my nose and mouth are pretty close together, I have to grow a pretty long stache (almost walrus) to get the look im going for, usually covering the whole upper lip. Not even sure what to call this, walron? chevrus?

I just passed CSCP with a 315!
I studied for about 4 months, using a combination of the online Learning System (started off using the textbooks but found the content to be too bloated) and hours of Pocket Prep! (most of it in the last week and a half).
My highest attempt on the practice exam was a 70% and was averaging about an 80% on the quizzes. Pocket prep average was 88%.
Thank you to everyone’s posts I read on here, my confidence really improved going into the exam because of it.
Shots from a morning hike I went on yesterday, really liked how the light was behaving and the haze in the background. The first 2 are JPEGS that were very slightly edited in Lightroom, the last one was just cropped a bit.
