Where I live it rarely snows but for those of you in climates where you live with snow/ice/salted roads much of the winter and use a rust preventative undercoating like Woolwax or Fluid Film, given that so much of the CX-5 underbody is covered by fuzzy splash shield panels, are those removed, the undercoating applied, then the panels replaced?

For those of you in BV who bought/live in a home constructed by Paul Pinkley Construction, what has your experience been relative to the quality of the home and response to any problems?

I ask because I'm considering a new Pinkley spec build in BV and I really like the floor plan and location.

I'm a pourover coffee guy at home and can make what I think is a pretty decent cup but, when I travel by car, I frequently get coffee at filling station/convenience stores that have coffee machines like the Schaerer Coffee Art C and I'm always somewhat amazed at how good the coffee is from those machines.

I've done some online investigation and found that they typically use about half the ground coffee weight that I'd use for pourover. I'm intrigued by what the exact brewing process is that allows such minimal coffee usage but can't find any details about it online.

Are there any coffee technicians here that are familiar with the Schaerer machine or similar ones who can explain to me how they operate from grind to finished cup?

I've traveled out west on I-40 a number of times over the years but find it almost unbearable now with all the semi-truck traffic. I'm considering taking secondary roads next time I head westward and am looking for input from those who've driven the routes shown below. I'm not pressed for time and am looking for a more leisurely and hopefully, scenic and interesting trip, than what the Interstate provides.

I've lived in Arkansas a long time but always in the NW quadrant and, while I'm pretty familiar with that area, I've never explored the eastern part of the state other than what I've seen going to Memphis and a few trips to Jonesboro.

I'm considering doing an eastern Arkansas/Delta road trip and am looking for suggestions on interesting things to see. I'm mainly interested in historical areas, State Parks, etc. I'd be driving/exploring during the day and staying in hotels at night so interesting lodging and dining suggestions would also be welcome.

After moving up from a Timemore C3S Pro to the 1Zpresso K-Ultra that I've used for the last year, I had the itch for an electric grinder. I was almost set on an Ode Gen 2 when I saw that Timemore had the Sculptors on sale last week for 25% off so I pulled the trigger on a 078 and day-em am I impressed. I've never seen such grind uniformity and the machine is built like a tank plus super quiet. It's rare that a product exceeds my expectations but this one certainly does.
