I run GC Shine, a pressure washing business based in Australia, and I’m looking for a video editor who knows how to make short-form Meta ads convert.

The role is simple — you scour the Meta Ads Library and TikTok to find what’s working in the home services niche, tell me what to film or voiceover, and edit the raw footage into a scroll-stopping ad.

No need to chase content — I handle the filming, you handle the creative direction and editing.

Pay is $15 per ad, with a $20 performance bonus if the ad is still running after 2 weeks. There’s consistent work on the table as I scale. I’m open to editors anywhere in the world — just let me know your location when you apply. You should:
• Have proven experience with Meta ad creatives that generate leads
• Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion psychology
• Stay on top of trends and know how to adapt them to local service businesses
• Be proactive — I don’t want to be the one coming up with all the ideas

This is ongoing work for the right person. I’m looking to consistently produce new creatives and scale what’s working.

Anyone have a good editor and want to share for Meta ads. I’ve got a few video ads that I put a lot of time into planning and editing, and they’ve performed really well. They started out bringing in leads at around $20, but that’s gradually climbed to about $40, so I think it’s time to make some new creatives.

I’m flat out at the moment, so I’m looking for someone who can do more than just edit. Ideally, I want an editor who understands performance creative, researches what’s currently working in the Meta Ads Library, helps come up with scripts for me to voice over, or even film, and then turns it into polished ad content.
