Can anyone tell what stone this is?
Plan is to just xjet and pressure wash at 2000psi but thinking might just need to just softwash it?

Too much SH or surfactant?

I’ve soft washed a tile roof and left these marks on the first side, think I have a new problem with my proportioner, maybe too much Surfactant or SH? What do you think?

Is water meant to be coming out of here?

Ran over a sandbank the other day and not sure if I broke my motor?

Looking for short form editor

I run GC Shine, a pressure washing business based in Australia, and I’m looking for a video editor who knows how to make short-form Meta ads convert.

The role is simple — you scour the Meta Ads Library and TikTok to find what’s working in the home services niche, tell me what to film or voiceover, and edit the raw footage into a scroll-stopping ad.

No need to chase content — I handle the filming, you handle the creative direction and editing.

Pay is $15 per ad, with a $20 performance bonus if the ad is still running after 2 weeks. There’s consistent work on the table as I scale. I’m open to editors anywhere in the world — just let me know your location when you apply. To be considered, send me your portfolio of short-form or Meta-style ad edits and your typical turnaround time. DMs open.

Meta ads editor / marketer

I’m looking for a high-level video editor who understands performance marketing for Meta ads — not just someone who cuts clips together.
I run a pressure washing business and have already produced multiple video ads that performed well (starting around $20 per lead, now closer to $40). I know the process works — I just need the right person to help scale and refresh creatives.
What I need is a creative partner, not just an editor.

Your role would be:
• Research what’s currently working (Meta Ads Library, TikTok, competitors, trends)
• Bring me proven or original ad concepts
• Tell me exactly what to film (angles, hooks, shots, structure)
• Guide voiceovers/scripts if needed
• Turn it all into polished, high-converting ad creatives

You should:
• Have proven experience with Meta ad creatives that generate leads
• Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion psychology
• Stay on top of trends and know how to adapt them to local service businesses
• Be proactive — I don’t want to be the one coming up with all the ideas

This is ongoing work for the right person. I’m looking to consistently produce new creatives and scale what’s working.

If this sounds like you (or you know someone solid), send me examples of ads you’ve made that actually performed

Anyone have a good editor they can refer to me? Or advice

Anyone have a good editor and want to share for Meta ads. I’ve got a few video ads that I put a lot of time into planning and editing, and they’ve performed really well. They started out bringing in leads at around $20, but that’s gradually climbed to about $40, so I think it’s time to make some new creatives.

I’m flat out at the moment, so I’m looking for someone who can do more than just edit. Ideally, I want an editor who understands performance creative, researches what’s currently working in the Meta Ads Library, helps come up with scripts for me to voice over, or even film, and then turns it into polished ad content.

If you know someone solid, please tag them or send me their details. Or, if you think I'm just being lazy and that I should do it myself, tell me that too I'm on the fence whether I need this role filled, but I would love to be testing a new creative or two a week.

How would you get onto the second story?

There’s no access anywhere to put a ladder on the ground straight to the second story roof.

DIY recommendations

Just got a ‘02 seafarer 4.75m with a 60hp mercury on the back. Absolutely love it, taken it out every weekend since buying it. I’m looking to do some upgrades to improve it, but since it’s my first boat, I don’t have any idea what makes life easier, would love some recommendations that made your boating days easier so you can focus on what matters. I realise this is a money pit but I’ve loved working on it so far fixing the gel coat and want some more DIY projects.

Ideas I have are
- replace VHF radio, (cords damaged and fraying, or might just be able to buy new handpiece)
- install a cheap head unit and speakers
-fix nav lighting incase I get stuck out at night
-was going to swap the carpet for some of that seadek foam flooring but I reckon it’s fine for now
-need to get more chain for the anchor to be able to park it out the back at Stradbroke to surf
-couple more beer holders
-usb phone charger

Any other ideas or recommendations that made you enjoy your time out on the water more?

What’s your opinion on Dimerix Ltd right now?

The release read to me like it’s not a bad thing that it’s being pushed back to a normal timeline rather than accelerated, but it’s dropped almost 50% in 2 days. I’m considering buying more at this price am I stupid?

Cheers
