I tried to connect the 720 aux out port to another speaker and it just plays at like 3% of its max volume, barely hearable.

I used a new cable, is the port broken or am I missing something?

I'm planning to buy the Oppo Reno15 Pro but the idea of having ads is holding me back. I don't care about bloatware if I can just delete it but having an advertisement on my lock screen is just a no-go.

Can I actually turn that completely off?
