51 year old "glass" skin makeup dupe follow up.....I incorporated some of y'all's tips... Please let me know any additional recommendations. I put in a clean face pic too for skin tone help.

Eyes:

Color corrector inner corner to correct dark circles:

NYX Pro Fix Stick (Pink)

Eye liner:

Maybelline Tattoo Studio Gel Pencil — Galactic Cobalt (waterline)

NYX Epic Wear Waterproof Liquid Liner — Black

e.l.f. Everyday Smokey palette — darkest shadow used over the liner to soften/even it out

Lashes:

Essence Volume Booster Lash Primer

Secret Xpress Control Mascara — Black

Brows:

Maybelline Superlock Tinted Brow Glue — Black(this didn’t deposit much color, so I’m thinking next time I may use a pencil underneath for more definition.)

Blush:

RMS Demure

RMS Lost Angel

Contour(cheekbones and jaw)

RMS Buriti Bronzer

Highlight (cheekbones only this time)

e.l.f. Jelly Pop Glow Stick

Lips (this took way more trial and error than expected 😭)

Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat — Pillow Talk

It pulled a little too brown on me, so I blotted most of it off and topped with RMS Lost Angel to get a more muted pale shade

Setting powder and spray :

Etude Sebum Soak Powder (very lightly just to reduce shine)

Tirtir mask fit make up fixer setting spray

Base:

Orange delete primer on nose and around eyes

I skipped tinted sunscreen this time, so any face/neck mismatch is just my actual skin tone.

Some people asked about my skincare routine:

COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner

Isntree Ultra-Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum

COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum

Anua PDRN + Hyaluron 100 Moisturizing Cream

Anua 3+ Ceramide Panthenol Moisture Barrier Cream

At night

Medicube PDRN Pink Peptide Serum

Trentinoin. .025%

I also use Medicube Booster Pro (I just got this a couple weeks ago but I love it so far)

51 year old "glass" skin... What do y'all think .. did I pull it off? What should I do differently (I don't use foundations though)

EDIT: incorporated some tips here

There are a lot of people commenting negatively on my circle contact lens. Some out of genuine concern, and some, well... it's the Internet. I want to share that I think we need to respect that not everyone feels the same way about this kind of look. That's okay. When I see people in circle lenses, I think they look cool and beguiling and I like it. But some people see that and it's off-putting or even frightening. I believe that is real for you, and it probably is incomprehensible why someone would choose to look scary. But... It's not like that for everyone lol and it's certainly not like that for me. I've never been scared or triggered from uncanny valley, or costumed people, clowns etc. Some people are. That's okay. I didn't realize that it bothered some people so, out of respect , I'll refrain from posting pics with those kinds of lenses in this sub. All my circle lenses lovers out there though 🫶

Base: Paulas choice super light Daily Wrinkle Defense Broad Spectrum THIS IS TINTED

Cheeks: Kisstin Balm, ELF Jelly pop Glow Stick

Contouring: RMS Buriti Bronzer

Lips: WonderSkin All day lip stain Crush

Brows: EBIN Secret of Pharaoh Brow Mascara

Eyes: ELF Everyday smoky (darkest color in palette) for liner , NYX color corrector pink , mayphnee lash cluster fox , RMS Buriti Bronzer

Overall highlighting: ELF glass Slick serum stick ( along high points of face)

Edit: I added that my sunscreen is tinted , also I do call out the color corrector... This is a type of concealer. Unfortunately I can't edit the header for my post , but I meant I do not like the full coverage type of foundation because it doesn't look good on me (settles in my pores and creases or if very matte, flattens me). I prefer sheer tints or color correctors. I struggle with finding a good base color that matches my neck because apparently the makeup world thinks light skinned people are all pink

What are your favorite mineral sunscreens ?

I've found that I generally prefer mineral sunscreens over chemical sunscreens. I know chemical sunscreens work by absorbing UV radiation, and for whatever reason I just don't enjoy how they feel on my skin. I also struggle to be as diligent with reapplication as I probably should be.

Mineral sunscreens seem to work better for me in practice because I don't usually sweat much, swim, or rub my face during the day. I'm looking for a mineral sunscreen that has minimal white cast and a satin (not overly matte or greasy) finish.

Does anyone have recommendations for a mineral sunscreen that fits that description?

Going to Seoul and want skin treatment advice... What should I get done?

I'm 51 and never had professional skin treatments because I felt like it was too expensive. But I'm going in a trip to Seoul and figure while I'm there I might get some improvements lol... It's supposed to be much more affordable. My main concerns are the large pores/textured skin as well as the mid face laxity (starting to get jowls). I also hate my dark circles and hollowness around my eyes. I don't want an actual surgery but would consider any of the less invasive anti-aging treatments (rf, ultrasound, etc)
