Hi, trying to get better at launches. I currently use string as it easier to practice alone. But my string launches can't get close to the winder lauches for power.
I'm not very fit (trying to get more). But last event I used string and everyone told me use winder. There were multiple times when my opp barely won via spin. Kinda felt like if i did just pull harder I would of won.
Even if I launch a bey with my winder first it will always out spin the string launched one.
Is there a way I can get more string power? I've tried pulling fast/ pulling with my arm movement and standing in different ways but can't get anything to work.
I got a event soon idk If i should just go with raw power winder or more control string. I can do some drop launch and sometimes reverse x rail with string. On winder I practiced for a week and still can't get anywhere for control.

Been messing around with griffin on some builds.
Tried point and it was solid. Then tried some others and eventually got to gear unite.
It actually kinda works if you launch it correctly.
For griffin we found you gotta hard tilt to keep it together on gear unite.
Tried some later solo practice , even with launching griffin first (hard tilt launch) it outspun rod on 160 hexa / 960 free ball. Oc this is assuming you don't split apart. When you do you will likely lose unless your top half does some crazy shit and ko rod or something.
Idk if anyone else has tried this build yet. Might try and practice and bring it to locals.
Idk if it better than jolt /hexa but looking promising. Did not expect to be running gear unite lol.
Might go cause it very close for fun.

Hey ya'll new to the comp Beyblade stuff. Is there stuff I should be doing to get more power out of my launches?
Went to a event only won one match out of 5 against a kid lol.
I used string in the event and multiple times my opponent just barely won via spin.
Everyone at the event told me to use winder after, I used string since I used it back in beyblade burst so it feel more normal to me.
But when I went home I launched a stamina bey with string and the same on on winder to compare the launch power.
I got 50 sec more spin on the winder. But I can't do any launch techniques with winder. I can somewhat do b drop on sting and x long reverse on x side .
Is there a way to get more power out of string? Or should I just start to use winder? Thanks!
Building a deck designed to beat locals meta of attacks and rod.
Giffin my favorite so trying to make it work.
I've found vs anything not lefts tilt really hard when you launch to avoid split .
Even if you do split you split at a angel and it will likely fuck up rod 160 hexa.
Against lefts just flat launch hard /try to split as early as possible.
Delta really good in attack v attack and can still ko rod .

Newest person is using the aero,rod, shark deck lmao. Haven't launched a beyblade before so that be fun .
I using the bullet strike Bahamunt delta one. Been trying to get good at bullet since it's so funny lol.
At some point the 450's will be 150 i just don't have that many extras .
Had this since launch day. Mainly played casual so that why it lasted so long. But with a local store running events I started to play more aggressively for launches 😅. Then dranstrike decided it's time for a new one.

I using string launcher too. Can do some launches decently like b side stall and long x side with wolf. But other than that pretty much noob to comp.
Starting trying delta in some testing. Holy hell it hits so hard and has great end game stamina. Only really dies if falls over cause cx or against left and you couldn't ko.
Might try running this guy next event. Ngl I like it more than blast/Bahamunt/Ragna rn imo.
